Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zum Verschließen der weitlichen Urethra mittels einander entsprechender magnetischer Teile, von denen der eine auf der der Bauchwand zugekehrten Seite der Urethra implantiert und der andere in die Vagina einführbar ist, bei der der implantierte Magnetteil an der Symphysis pubica befestigt ist. Patent claims:

Implantierbare Vorrichtung zum Verschließen der weiblichen Urethra mit einem ersten plattenförmigen magnetischen Element mit Befestigungsmitteln zum Anordnen auf der der Bauchwand zugekehrten Seite der Urethra und mit einem zweiten zylindrischen magnetischen Element zum Einführen in die Vagina, das dem ersten Element so gegenüber positionierbar ist, daß die beiden sich magnetisch anziehenden Elemente die Urethra zwischen sich verschließen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Element (a) im Querschnitt die Form eines Bogens aufweist und die Befestigungsmittel an dem ersten Element (a) befestigte, umbiegbare, mit Löchern (c) versehene Laschen (b) sind und der Bogen des ersten Elements (a) a.i der Oberfläche des zweiten Elementes fej angepaßt ist1.
