Die Neuerung betrifft einen- Augen- und Gesichtsschutz für Schutzhelme gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs.The innovation concerns eye and face protection for protective helmets according to the generic term of the main claim.

Die Europäischen Richtlinien 89/391/EWG "Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Sicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes der Arbeitnehmer bei der Arbeit" und 89/656/EWG "Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz bei der Benutzung der persönlichen Schutzausrüstungen" bilden die Grundlage für die Sicherheit und den Gesundheitsschutz der Arbeitnehmer bei ihrer Arbeit. -Diese Vorschriften wurden u.a. in nationales Recht überführt.
