Generatoren mit abfließender Schlacke werden in dem unteren Teile so stark überlastet, daß die Schlacke zum Schmelzen gebracht wird. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, muß mögliehst jede Zersetzung von Wasserdampf in diesem Teile vermieden werden. Die Wasserdampfzuführung darf daher erst oberhalb des Teiles erfolgen, in welchem die Schlacke geschmolzen wird.
