Abstract
Se describen composiciones farmaceuticas estables que contienen antihistaminas no sedantes y un descongestionante nasal como sulfato de pseudoefedrina y por lo menos un vehiculo aceptable para uso farmaceutico, y composiciones farmaceuticas estables que contienen antihistaminas no sedantes como loratadina, descongestionantes nasales como pseudoefedrina, y un expectorante como abroxol y, por lo menos, un vehiculo aceptable para uso farmaceutico, que sean estables a la degradacion fisica y quimica y a la contaminacion por microbios.
