Abstract

Procedimiento de preparación de propileno por deshidratación de propanol, que implica las siguientes etapas: o Gasificar materia prima sólida o líquida carbonosa o reformar materia prima carbonosa gaseosa en gas de síntesis, o Fermentar el gas de síntesis por medio de un microorganismo en sustancialmente propanol o o Co-fermentar el gas de síntesis con al menos un compuesto oxigenado líquido por medio de un microorganismo en sustancialmente propanol en el que el microorganismo • Es una cepa natural que tiene la capacidad natural para fermentar gas de síntesis en sustancialmente propanol o. Es un microorganismo que posee la información de secuencias de ácidos nucleicos requerida para expresar las enzimas para la biosíntesis de compuestos oxigenados C3, modificado confiriéndole la información de secuencias de ácidos nucleicos requerida para expresar las enzimas de la ruta de Wood-Ljungdahl (ruta de acetil15 CoA reducida), o. Es un microorganismo que posee la información de secuencias de ácidos nucleicos requerida para expresar las enzimas de la ruta de WoodLjungdahl (ruta de acetil-CoA reducida), modificado confiriéndole la información de secuencias de ácidos nucleicos requerida para expresar las enzimas para la biosíntesis de compuestos oxigenados C3 o Deshidratar dicha corriente anterior en un reactor en condiciones eficaces para deshidratar al menos una parte del propanol para preparar propileno
