Abstract

1.- Bacterias Gram-negativas, anaeróbicas facultativas, con forma de bastón pleomórfico que causan una nueva enfermedad del tracto respiratorio superior y del tracto reproductivo de las aves de corral, donde dichas bacterias se seleccionan del grupo de Pasteurella trehalosi y/o Mannheimia haemolytica.2.- Pasteurella trehalosi y/o Mannheimia haemolytica, donde dichas Pasteurella y/o Mannheimia son beta-hemólisis-positivas, Gram-negativas, oxidasa-positivas, catalasa-positivas, ureasa-negativas, nitrato-positivas e indol-negativas.3.- Pasteurella trehalosi y/o Mannheimia haemolytica según la reivindicación 2, en las que dichas Pasteurella y/o Mannheimia son MacConkey-positivas.4.- Pasteurella trehalosi y/o Mannheimia haemolytica según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 2 ó 3, en las que dichas Pasteurella y/o Mannheimia son glucosa-positivas, sacarosa-positivas, manitol-positivas, arabinosa-negativas, celobiosanegativas, xilosa-positivas, salicina-negativas, ornitina-negativas, esculina-negativas, alfa-fucosidasa-negativas, beta-galactosidasa-positivas.5.- Pasteurella trehalosi según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 2 a 4, en las que dichas Pasteurella son arabinosa-negativas y trehalosa-positivas.6.- Mannheimia haemolytica según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 2 a 4, en las que dichas Mannheimia son arabinosa-negativas y trehalosa-negativas.7.- Pasteurella trehalosi y/o Mannheimia haemolytica según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 2 a 6, en las que dichas aves de corral se seleccionan del grupo de pollos, pavos, patos, gansos, palomas, pichones y codornices.8.- Pasteurella trehalosi depositada con el número de registro ATCC N° PTA3667.9.- Pasteurella trehalosi depositada con el número de registro ATCC N° PTA3668.10.- Mannheimia haemolytica depositada con el número de registro ATCC N° PTA-3669.11.- Un método para la inactivación de una Pasteurella trehalosi y/o Mannheimia haemolytica según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10, que comprende el uso de formaldehído hasta una concentración final de 0,2 %.12.- Pasteurella trehalosi y/o Mannheimia haemolytica inactivadas obtenibles por un método según la reivindicación 11 o por un método conocido en la técnica.
