Abstract
1.- Medicamento para la inhalación, caracterizado por un contenido en al menos un anticolinérgico de la fórmula 1, en donde X ¯ significa un anión cargado negativamente una vez, preferiblemente un anión elegido del grupo consistente en cloruro, bromuro, yoduro, sulfato, fosfato, metanosulfonato, nitrato, maleato, acetato, citrato, fumarato, tartrato, oxalato, succinato, benzoato y p-toluenosulfonato, al menos un corticosteroide (2), así como al menos un betamimético (3), eventualmente en forma de sus enantiómeros, mezclas de los enantiómeros o en forma de los racematos, eventualmente en forma de los solvatos o hidratos, así como, eventualmente, junto con un coadyuvante fisiológicamente inocuo.2.- Medicamento según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los principios activos 1, 2 y 3 están contenidos en común en una única forma de administración o en dos o tres formas de administración separadas.3.- Medicamento según una de las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque 1 se elige del grupo de las sales, en las que X ¯ representa un anión cargado negativamente una vez, elegido del grupo consistente en cloruro, bromuro, 4-toluenosulfonato y metanosulfonato, preferiblemente bromuro.
