Abstract

Compuestos útiles como inhibidores de la PDE4 en el tratamiento de enfermedades reguladas por la activación y desgranulación de los eosinófilos, especialmente el asma, bronquitis crónica y enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica, de la fórmula (1.0.0):<EMI FILE="01007017_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >Donde m es 0, 1 ó 2; n es 1 ó 2; W es -O-, S(=O)t-, donde t es 0, 1 ó 2, o -N(R3)-; Y es =C(RE)-o-[N ?(O)]-; RA y RB son -H, -F, -CF3, alquilo (C1-C6), -cicloalquilo (C3-C7); fenilo, bencilo, o un resto heterociclico opcionalmente sustituido con 0 a 3 sustituyentes R10; o RA y RB se consideran juntos para formar un resto espiro de la fórmula (1.1.0); con la condicion de que para todos los significados de RA y RB, cuando R10 como un sustituyente de RA o RB tiene el significado de OR12, -O-C(=O)R13, o -OC(=O)NR12R13, la relacion posicional de dichos OR12, -O-C(=O)R13, o -OC(=O)NR12R13 frente a -OR12 como un significado de Z, no es vecinal; R5 y R6 se consideran juntos para formar un resto de las fórmulas parciales de (1.1.1) a (1.1.5):<EMI FILE="01007017_2" ID="2" IMF=JPEG >Donde R7 y R8 en cada una de dichas fórmulas parciales son -H; CH3, OCH3; o están ausentes en cuyo caso la línea de trazos - - - - representa un doble enlace; Q es fenilo; pirrolilo; furanilo; tienilo; piridilo; pirimidinilo; imidazolilo; oxazolilo; un resto -cicloalquilo (C5-C7) monociclico; un resto -cicloalquenilo (C5-C7) monociclico que es un miembro independiente seleccionado del grupo constituido por ciclipenteno, ciclopentadieno, ciclohexeno; 1,3-ciclohexadieno; ciclohepteno; 1,3-cicloheptadieno; y cicloheptatrieno; o un resto -cicloalquilo (C7-C10) o -cicloalquelino (C7-C10) bicíclico, preferiblemente uno que es un miembro seleccionado del grupo constituido por norbornanilo, norbornenilo, biciclo[2.2.2]octanilo, biciclo[3.2.1]octanilo, biciclo[3.3.0]octanilo, biciclo[2.2.2]oct-5-enilo, biciclo[2.2.2]oct-7-enilo, biciclo[3.3.1]nonanilo, y adamantanilo; y Z es -OR12; -C(=O)R12; o -CN; o una de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables.
