Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de tabletas dedispersión rápida para administración oral, cuyo procedimiento comprende: (i) mezclar conjuntamente componentes intragranulares que son al menos un ingrediente farmacéuticamente activo, uno o más excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables que son xilitol, manitol directamente comprimible, maltodextrina o sorbitol, o una asociación de los mismos; un material céreo; un endulzante intenso o un agente que enmascara el sabor; y opcionalmente un disgregante; y (ii) preparar la mezcla de la etapa (i) para compresión por granulación en seco, golpeteo, compactación entre rodillos, molienda o tamizado, o asociaciones de las mismas; y (iii) mezclar el producto de la etapa (ii) con un componente extragranular que comprende un excipiente farmacéuticamente aceptable de xilitol, manitol directamente comprimible, maltodextrina o sorbitol o una asociación de los mismos; y opcionalmente un endulzante/agente que enmascara el sabor, y un agente saborizante; y (iv) comprimir para formar tabletas. 2Un procedimiento para la preparación de tabletas de dispersión rápida para administración oral, que comprende: (i) mezclar conjuntamente componentes intragranulares que incluyen al menos un ingrediente farmacéuticamente activo microencapsulado, y opcionalmente uno o más excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables, un material céreo; un endulzante intenso o un agente que enmascara el sabor; y un disgregante: (ii) preparar la mezcla de la etapa (i) para compresión por granulación en seco, golpeteo, compactación entre rodillos, molienda o tamizado, o asociaciones de los mismos; y (iii) mezclar el producto de la etapa (ii) con un componente extragranular que comprende un excipiente farmacéuticamente aceptable seleccionado del grupo formado por un xilitol, manitol directamente comprimible, maltodextrina o sorbitol; y opcionalmente un endulzante/agente que enmascara el sabor y un agente saborizante; y (iv) comprimir para formar tabletas.
