Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE COMPRIMIDOS PARA DISPERSãO NA MORDIDA". A invenção refere-se a um método para produção de comprimidos que se desintegram com uma mordida e que se dispersam fácil e rapidamente na cavidade bucal, após uma leve mordida, sem auxílio de água e, caso necessário, incluem a dissimulação do sabor amargo dos medicamentos. O processo compreende preparar uma granulação seca de um ou mais dos medicamentos misturados com excipientes adequados, aromatizantes e uma combinação de um material ceroso e fosfolipídeo ( BMI-60 ) ou um adoçante intenso derivado de flavonóides de fruta ( Neohesperidina ) para dissimulação do sabor e compressão em comprimidos, que podem ser embalados em frascos ou empolas usando equipamento convencional.
