Abstract
Purin-6-onas bisustituidas en 2,9, de fórmula general (I)en la cual R1 representa alquilo lineal o ramificado con 2 a 10 átomos de carbono que, dado el caso, está sustituido por fenilo que, por su parte, puede estar sustituido por halógeno, nitro, ciano o por alquilo, lineal o ramificado, con hasta 6 átomos de carbono, R2 representa hidrógeno, hidroxilo, azido o alquilo, lineal o ramificado, con hasta 6 átomos de carbono o un grupo de fórmula -O-SO2 R5 , en donde R5 significa alquilo lineal o ramificado con hasta 4 átomos de carbono o fenilo, R3 representa hidrógeno, oR2 y R3 forman juntos el resto de fórmula =O, R4 representa hidrógeno o representa alquilo lineal o ramificado con hasta 4 átomos de carbono, y A representa un resto de fórmularepresenta alquilo lineal o ramificado con hasta 20 átomos de carbono, orepresenta cicloalquilo con 3 a 7 átomos de carbono, orepresenta fenilo que, dado el caso, están sustituidos hasta por 2 sustituyentes iguales o distintos halógeno, carboxilo, trifluormetilo, nitro, ciano o por alquilo, alcoxicarbonilo o alcoxi, lineal o ramificado, con hasta 5 átomos de carbono respectivamente que, por su parte, pueden estar sustituidos por fenilo, y/o los ciclos, dado el caso, están sustituidos por fenilo que, por su parte, puede estar sustituido por alcoxi lineal o ramificado con hasta 5 átosmos de carbono,y sus tautómeros y sales.
