Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种容装液体的喷瓶，特指一种可循环充液使用的改进型便携可充式喷液瓶。包括喷头组件、内瓶和外壳，喷头组件安装于内瓶上部，充液结构安装于内瓶底部，所述的充液结构包括内瓶底部充液口、充液顶杆、顶杆回位结构以及密封圈，其中密封圈分为第一密封圈和第二密封圈；内瓶上还设有排气结构；充液完成后，所述的第二密封圈随顶杆回位结构会紧贴排气结构的排气孔，形成密封。

改进型便携可充式喷液瓶
技术领域
本喷液瓶涉及一种容装液体的喷瓶，特指一种改进型便携可充式喷液瓶。
背景技术
目前，公知的便携式喷液瓶是由喷头组件、内瓶和外壳组成，喷液瓶内液体用完后无法进行补充或很难补充，因此，大部分喷液瓶均为一次性使用，液体用完后喷液瓶也无使用价值，唯有丢弃。因现在喷液瓶均采用塑胶材料制作，丢弃容易造成环境污染，不利于环保，而且对于生产者和消费者，一次性使用的物品无形中也不经济，并造成生产资料的极大消费。而当使用者在选择其他大瓶的液体使用时，又不方便携带，也是使用者和生产者头疼的问题。
实用新型内容
本喷液瓶的目的在于解决上述问题，提供一种便携可充式喷液瓶，便于使用者循环充液重复使用。
本喷液瓶实现其目的采用的技术方案是：便携可充式喷液瓶，包括喷头组件、内瓶和外壳，喷头组件安装于内瓶上部，于所述的内瓶底部设有充液结构，所述的充液结构包括内瓶底部的充液口、安装在充液口的顶杆、顶杆回位结构以及密封结构；所述内瓶上还设有排气结构。
所述的顶杆设有充液管道，充液管道的出口位于顶杆的侧方并与充液口相通；顶杆的顶端形成一限位块，所述的限位块上设有密封圈。
其充液过程如下：外界的大瓶的喷嘴对准便携式喷涂瓶的充液口，使顶杆充液上的密封圈与充液口上端的内壁分开，使内瓶与充液口接通，即充液管道出口与内瓶连通，大瓶里的液体由充液通道进入充液口瓶进入内瓶。液体进入内瓶后，瓶内的气体通过排气结构排出以保证持续充液。
所述的排气结构包括设置于内瓶底部的排气孔及与排气孔接通并延伸到内瓶顶部的导气管，即上方空气通过导气管由底部的排气孔排出。
所述的密封结构包括安装于顶杆的限位块的第一密封圈和位于顶杆充液管道出口下方的第二密封圈。
所述的内瓶底部的充液口上部呈V形，对应地，所述第一密封圈为V形密封圈。
于所述充液口内设置第一台阶面，第二密封圈位于顶杆下部的凹槽内；所述的顶杆回位结构包括套于顶杆的弹簧，且弹簧卡位于第一台阶面及顶杆下部之间，呈压缩状态。弹簧将顶杆向下推，带动限位块压紧第一密封圈形成内瓶静态密封。顶杆下部凹槽中的第二密封圈与排气孔形成动态密封，即充液时，第二密封圈随顶杆上移，其与排气孔分离，常态时，第二密封圈环压在排气孔处，形成密封。
所述的喷头组件与内瓶通过倒扣结构连接。采用倒扣方式连接，其不但组装方便快捷，而且密封效果好，不易松动。
于所述外壳上开设有用于观察内瓶内液体余量的视窗。
本喷液瓶采用上述结构后，不但便于携带，更使喷涂瓶具有可重复使用的价值，使用者可以在瓶内液体使用完后，通过充液结构自行充液，而不会丢弃，从而节约成本更有利于环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1至4所示，本喷液瓶由喷头组件1、内瓶2和外壳3组成，其中喷头组件1采用现有技术中的按压式喷头，如洗发水瓶、者哩水瓶等的喷头组件，其结构原理在此不再赘述。
本喷液瓶的喷头组件1通过倒扣结构安装于内瓶2的上部开口处，这种结构方式配合紧密、组装方便快捷。
本喷液瓶中，还设有充液结构4，具体如下：在内瓶2的底部设有一柱形充液口21，充液口21处安装有顶杆5，顶杆5设有充液管道51，充液管道510位于顶杆5靠近上端的侧方，并与充液口21相通。
顶杆5的顶端形成一限位块52，限位块52下部呈V形，所述充液口21的上部对应也呈V形壁212，限位块52下部还安装有V形第一密封圈53，在非充液状态时形成内瓶2的内部与充液口21之间的密封。
所述的顶杆5呈“倒T”形，安装于充液口21，且其设有顶杆回位结构，该回位结构包括：在充液口21内设置的第一台阶面210、位于第一台阶面210下方的弹簧56。弹簧56套于顶杆5，并卡位于第一台阶面210与顶杆5的倒T部之间，呈压缩状态，从而使顶杆5回位。顶杆下部凹槽内的第二密封圈54与与排气孔23形成动态密封，即充液时，第二密封圈54随顶杆5上移，其与排气孔23分离，常态时，第二密封圈54环压在排气孔23处，形成密封。
使用本喷液瓶充液时，先将外界的大瓶的喷嘴对准喷液瓶的充液口21，使顶杆充液通道51的入口与大瓶喷嘴对准，然后下压喷液瓶使顶杆5上升并压缩弹簧56，进而使顶杆5上的第一密封圈53与充液口21上端的V形壁212分开，使内瓶2与充液口21接通，即充液管道51出口与内瓶2连通，大瓶里的液体在大瓶内的压力作用下由充液通道51进入充液口并进入内瓶2。
当大瓶内的液体进入内瓶2后，内瓶2内的气体被压缩压强增大，因此需通过排气结构排出以保证持续充液。当充液时第二密封圈54上移，内瓶2内的气体被压缩，压强增大，通过导气管24和排气孔23排出，当停止充液时，第二密封圈54下移，封住排气孔23防止内瓶2的液体外泄。
充液后，松开大瓶喷嘴与顶杆5，顶杆5在弹簧56的作用下迅速回位，使上部V形限位块52上的V形第一密封圈53与充液口21的V形壁212上部紧贴，形成密封，完成充液。
此外，在充液口21的第一台阶面对210的下方还设有第二台阶面对211，其目的是限制顶杆5在充液时压入的距离，避免过度压入造成弹簧56的弹性失效；在顶杆5的底面设有一凹面，凹面周边安装有第三密封圈57，其目的是避免在充液过程中，大瓶喷嘴与顶杆5之间造成泄漏。
综上所述，本实用新型，不但便于携带，而且可循环充液重复利用，减少了资源的浪费，并解决了一次性使用的喷液瓶带来的环境污染问题。

Claims (2)

1、一种改进型便携可充式喷液瓶，包括喷头组件、内瓶和外壳，喷头组件安装于内瓶上部，内瓶底部设有充液结构，充液结构包括内瓶底部的充液口、安装在充液口的顶杆、顶杆回位结构以及密封结构，内瓶上还设有排气结构，其特征在于：所述的顶杆上部为一限位块，下部有一凹槽，所述的密封结构包括第一密封圈和第二密封圈，其中第一密封圈与顶杆上部的限位块相连，第二密封圈嵌入顶杆下部的凹槽中，所述的排气结构包括设置于内瓶底部的排气孔及与排气孔接通并延伸到内瓶顶部的导气管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型便携可充式喷液瓶，其特征在于：所述的第二密封圈与排气孔形成动态密封，即充液时，第二密封圈随顶杆上移，其与排气孔分离，常态时，第二密封圈环压在排气孔处，形成密封。
