Abstract
一种用于重修股骨末端处经切削的关节表面的股骨膝盖假肢系统,包括适于与经切削的关节表面相配合的股骨部件以及连接件。该股骨部件的内表面被设计成当股骨部件配合在股骨的经切削的关节表面上并且第一连接件穿过经切削关节表面的中间侧面或侧面之后,与该第一连接件相连接。该股骨部件可以是一块或者两块式系统。此外,还公开了如何配合股骨部件(即利用锥形或利用凸缘与凹槽互锁)。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于全膝关节造形的股骨部件。
背景技术
在典型的膝关节造形手术过程中,为了形成经切削的股骨部分(也称作经切削股骨)而使用外科器械切削股骨。股骨部件,典型地为金属帽的形式,随后被安装在经切削的股骨上。该股骨部件典型地被设计为与安装到经切削的胫骨上的胫骨部件相接合。
在造形手术过程中,股骨部件通过切口被插入到经切削的股骨上。股骨部件越大,则所需要的切口越大,由此增加了病人的康复时间,也增加了与手术和康复时间相关的痛苦。
附图1和2所示的是修复用股骨部件10的一个实施例,该股骨部件具有内表面12和外表面14。内表面12由多个相交的基本平坦的表面组成,这些表面与股骨的不连续切削表面相对应。柱桩16a-b从与骨股接合的内表面12突起。柱桩16a-b被设计成植入经切削的股骨内,由此将股骨部件固定到股骨上。外表面14靠胫骨部件与其关节连接。
但是,由于柱桩从股骨部件的内表面凸起并被压装配到经切削的股骨内,由此增加了股骨部件的体积和尺寸,因而需要在手术时开设大的切口。
因此,需要一种用于膝关节造形手术中的股骨部件,该股骨部件体积不大并且不需要在外科手术时开设大的切口。此外,还需要一种能够牢固地固定到经切削的股骨上并且安装方便的股骨部件。

具体实施方式
附图3-6描绘了使用膝关节造形术的股骨膝盖假肢系统实例,其中股骨部件由中部或侧部通过切口很容易地滑入并到达股骨切削处60(附图5)。随后,连接件(例如螺栓或螺钉)可以通过股骨插入,直到接触股骨部件。这个过程具有最小的侵害性,并且不需要与具有附图1和2所示柱桩16a-b的部件同样大的切口。螺栓、螺钉或其他连接件将股骨部件牢固地固定到经切削的股骨上,而不是仅仅依靠压紧配合。图7-8A描绘了用于膝关节造形术的股骨部件70、80的实例,其中的配合关系,例如配合凸缘78a-b与凹槽79a-b(附图7)或配合锥形表面(附图8)将股骨部件保持在经切削的股骨上。
附图9-14描绘了用于膝关节造形术的可连接的两块股骨部件102,131,161和191,这两部分可以容易并独立地由中部或侧部通过切口滑入,并随后连接且安装在股骨切削部分上。可选地,其中一部分可以在另一部分连接到经切削的股骨之后再安装到股骨切削部分上;两部分都可以先安装好,随后再连接起来。然后,连接件,例如螺栓或螺钉,可以通过股骨插入,直至接触股骨部件。可选地,可以使用骨用接合剂将股骨部件接合到经切削的股骨上。
连接件,即螺栓或螺钉,将股骨部件的一部分连接到另一部分上。该过程具有最小的损害性,并且不需要与整块股骨部件同样大小的切口,因为一部分股骨部件可以在另一部分股骨部件之后通过切口放入。也可以使用没有与之对应配合的独立的一块或多块股骨部件,例如在特殊过程中仅需要部件的一部分(例如胫骨部分)时。
附图15A-16B描绘了用于膝关节造形术的可连接的两块股骨部件210,这两部分可以容易并独立地由中部或侧部通过切口滑入,随后连接并安装到股骨切削部分处。可选地,其中一部分可以在另一部分连接到股骨切削部分之后再安装到股骨切削部分上。从股骨部件一部分延伸的一体凸起将该部分连接到另一部分上。该过程具有最小的损害性,并且不需要与整块股骨部件同样大小的切口,因为一部分股骨部件可以在另一部分股骨部件之后通过切口放入。使用柱桩将股骨部件固定到股骨切削部分上。
下面从附图3、5和6开始对每个股骨部件进行详细的讨论。附图3是股骨膝盖假肢系统20的后透视图,该假肢系统用于重修位于股骨60末端62处的经切削的关节表面64(附图5)。如附图5所示,股骨60末端62处经切削的关节表面64具有中部61和相对的侧部63。
附图3所示的假肢系统20包括:(i)U形的股骨部件22具有(i)适于与经切削的关节表面64相配合的内表面26和(ii)相对的关节表面24;(ii)第一连接件,例如具有螺纹端的细长螺栓36;以及(iii)形成于股骨部件22内表面26的螺纹孔32。
螺纹孔32是形成在股骨部件22的内表面26上的装置的一个例子,用于当股骨部件22与股骨60的经切削的关节表面64相配合,并且当第一连接件36通过经切削的关节表面64的中部或侧部时,将第一连接件36连接到股骨部件22上。
螺纹孔32倾斜一定的角度,这使得当股骨部件22与股骨60的经切削的关节表面相配合时,螺栓36能够通过经切削的关节表面64的中部61或侧部63,进而与螺纹孔32螺纹啮合(参见附图5-6)。
股骨部件22包括连接基本呈U形的侧部骨节30的基本呈U形的中部骨节28。股骨部件具有前端部35和后端部37。中部骨节28与侧部骨节30相连接,由此在中部骨节和侧部骨节之间形成了狭长缝39。但是,在另外的实施例中,本发明的股骨部件可以仅包括基本呈U形的侧部骨节或基本呈U形的中部骨节,这取决于所需要的程序。
可以使用骨股部件22的可选平板29,以为与假肢上互补表面的接合提供不同的表面积。
附图3进一步表明,系统20包括(i)可选的第二连接件38;以及(ii)形成在股骨部件22内表面26上的装置(即第二螺纹孔34),用于当股骨部件22与股骨60的经切削的关节表面64相配合,并且第二连接件38通过经切削的关节表面64的中部或侧部时,将第二连接件38连接到股骨部件22上。
可选地,在需要的情况下,另外的连接件可以延伸进入中部靠前的表面并与进入与螺纹孔32相邻的另一螺纹孔。
螺钉、螺栓、销钉或其他紧固件均是本发明中连接件的实例,都能被驱动穿过股骨60进而与股骨部件22的内表面26接合。一个或多个连接件36、38可以分别连接到一个或多个孔32、34。在一个实施例中,连接件彼此位于股骨部件的相对侧上,如附图3所示。如上文所述,在另外的实施例中,连接件安装到股骨部件的相同侧(参见附图4)。上述连接件能够通过带有螺纹孔(图3)或将接受、接合材料定位在内表面42上而与内表面26相接合,其中紧固件能够穿透内表面42并与之接合,如附图4所示。
图4是另一个股骨膝盖假肢系统40的后透视图,包括:(i)股骨部件41,其具有适合与经切削的关节表面64相配合的内表面42及相对的关节表面43;(ii)第一连接件,例如具有螺纹端的细长螺钉52;以及(iii)形成在股骨部件41内表面42上的凹坑48。
股骨部件41具有至少一个凹坑48(被接合、接受材料49填充),该凹坑接受至少一个通过经切削的股骨60延伸的连接件52;可选的辅助凹坑50以及对应的辅助连接件54,如假想线所示。填充有该种材料的凹坑48、50是形成在股骨部件41的内表面42上的装置的另外一个例子,用于将连接件连接到股骨部件上。
凹坑48、50形成在股骨部件22的内表面26上,并填充有接合、接受材料,例如粘结剂(例如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)或其他足够柔软以接受连接件但能够将连接件保留在其中的材料。此类接受、接合材料的其它例子包括能够接受第一连接件并使其变形的柔性聚合物,例如缩醛树脂或聚醚醚酮。
在一个实施例中,除了使用螺栓或螺钉连接股骨部件到假肢上之外,也可以使用骨用接合剂进一步增强股骨部件与经切削的股骨之间的粘合。骨用接合剂可以在安装股骨部件之前和/或安装过程中使用。例如,在股骨部件部分被部分连接后,使用注射器或其他形式的分配管向股骨部件和股骨之间注入骨用接合剂。此外,多孔或纤维材料(例如金属丝网)可以附着在股骨部件22的内表面26上,以此促进股骨部件22和经切削的股骨60之间的骨骼生长,并增加骨用接合剂在股骨部件和经切削的股骨之间的接触表面面积。
附图5是附图3中的股骨部件22已经安装到经切削的股骨60上的透视图。以假想线示出用于接受骨股部件的可选平板29的互补接受表面66。
附图6是附图3和5中的股骨部件22已经安装到附图5中经切削的股骨60上的透视图,并且具有连接件36(以假想线表示)通过经切削的股骨60延伸并进入股骨部件22中,由此将股骨部件22固定到股骨60上。这种连接方式将股骨部件22紧紧地拉向并固定在股骨60上。
附图5和6还示出了一种重修股骨表面的方法,作为外科手术过程的一部分,包括:(i)切削股骨60的末端62处的关节表面64,由此形成在中部61和侧部63之间延伸的经切削的关节表面64;(ii)将具有内表面26的股骨部件22安装在经切削的关节表面64的至少一部分上;(iii)使第一连接件36穿过经切削的关节表面64的侧部或中部;以及(iv)连接第一连接件36到股骨部件22上,由此第一连接件36将股骨部件22紧固到经切削的关节表面64。
在一个实施例中,切削关节表面的操作包括切削股骨末端处的中部骨节和侧部骨节。在附图5中,股骨60的中部和侧部骨节已经被切削。如上文所述,股骨部件22包括基本呈U形的侧部骨节,其连接至基本呈U形的中部骨节。
在另外一个实施例中,切削关节表面64的操作仅包括切削股骨60末端62的中部骨节或侧部骨节,并不切除其他的中部骨节或侧部骨节。在该可选实施例中,安装股骨部件到经切削的关节表面64的至少一部分上的操作包括,使股骨部件成形为unicondular侧部骨节或中部骨节。
在一个实施例中,使第一连接件36穿过经切削的关节表面64的侧部或中部包括:(i)通过股骨钻孔;以及(ii)使第一连接件36穿过该孔。该孔可以以一定倾斜角度α通过股骨而被钻得,如附图3和6所示。该孔可以通过在股骨附近的皮肤上开切口、适当地对管状对准导向件定位、然后使用钻头通过该对准导向件钻孔,由此而被钻得。然而,可选地,第一连接件以倾角α穿过股骨(例如,穿过用于对第一连接件定位的管状对准导向件)而不需要事先在股骨上钻孔。在一个实施例中,角度α在大约15度到大约45度的范围之间,例如大约30度,但是可以是任何可以将股骨部件固定到股骨上的各种不同的角度。
切割股骨的方法可以进一步包括(i)使第二连接件38(附图3)穿过经切削的关节表面的侧部或中部;以及(ii)连接第二连接件38到股骨部件22上,由此第二连接件38将股骨部件22紧固到经切削的关节表面。
如上文所述,附图7-8A描绘了股骨部件70,80的实例,其中股骨部件和经切削的股骨之间的配合关系将股骨部件保持在经切削的股骨上。假肢股骨部件可以是其他各种可选择的结构。
附图7是股骨部件70的侧面剖视图,包括U形的主体71,该主体具有内表面73、外表面75、前端77a及后端77b,前端和后端向内突起的凸缘78a,78b分别从主体71的内表面73延伸。如图所述,凸缘78a-b安装在相对应的切入股骨74中的凹槽79a,79b内,由此将股骨部件70固定到股骨74的经切削的部分72上。在一个实施例中,主体71具有与附图3、5和6所示的股骨部件22相同或基本相同的结构,但是具有由股骨部件前后端77a-b的内表面73向内伸出的凸缘78a-b。凹槽79a形成在股骨的前部表面72a上,而凹槽79b形成在股骨的后部表面72b上。
凸缘78a-b可以由一个或多个骨节向内突起。例如,一个后部凸缘78b可以由中部骨节突起,而另一个后部凸缘78b从侧部骨节延伸。可选择地,后部凸缘78b可以从中部以及侧部骨节延伸。附图7是从侧部骨节和/或中部骨节的内表面延伸的后部凸缘78b的典型例子。
类似地,前部凸缘78a可以从侧部或中部骨节的前端77a的内表面73延伸,或者可以作为一个凸缘从中部骨节的前端以及侧部骨节的前端内表面突起。

第一接合凸缘78a从侧部骨节或中部骨节至少之一的内表面71且在前端77a处凸起;以及第二接合凸缘78b由侧部骨节或中部骨节至少之一的内表面且在后端77b处凸起。
凸缘78a-b和凹槽的配合是股骨部件70和经切削的股骨74之间配合关系的一个例子,这种配合将股骨部件70保持在经切削的股骨74上。此类配合关系的其他例子包括单独的凸缘从U形的主体延伸并进入经切削股骨的单个凹槽中。
这样,股骨部件70包括主体71,该主体具有内表面73和相对的关节表面75,每个表面都在中部和侧部之间延伸,内表面73具有基本呈U形的横截面;并且至少有一个、优选有第一和第二个凸缘78a-b从主体76内表面73的前端或后端向内部突出。
在经切削的股骨部件72上形成有切面,其与内表面71互补,同时各个互补的配合凹槽79a-b被形成以接受各个凸缘78a-b。在这种结构中,股骨部件76能够从侧部滑到股骨74上,进而凸缘78a-b被股骨74上对应的凹槽79a-b容纳,由此将股骨部件76固定到股骨74上。
用于重修股骨表面的另外一个方法包括:(i)切削股骨74末端处的关节表面,由此形成经切削的关节表面72,关节表面具有前表面和后表面,每个表面在侧部和中部之间延伸并且至少前表面和后表面之一具有凹槽79a-b;以及(ii)使股骨部件70滑到经切削的关节表面72上,股骨部件70的凸缘78a-b与凹槽79a-b相配合,股骨部件70可以从中部滑到侧部,也可以从侧部滑到中部。
如图7所示,切削关节表面的步骤优选包括在经切削的关节表面72上形成第一和第二相对凹槽79a-b,并且其中股骨部件70的第一和第二凸缘78a-b被滑动安装到对应的凹槽78a-b内,第一和第二凸缘78a-b可以从中部滑到侧部或者从侧部滑到中部。
附图8表示股骨部件80和经切削的股骨90之间的锥形配合关系,该中配合关系是股骨部件80和经切削的股骨90之间的另外一种配合关系的实例,这种配合将股骨部件80保持在经切削的股骨90的锥形切削表面88上。
附图8是股骨部件80的透视图,该股骨部件具有外表面82和锥形内表面84,该内表面被沿着箭头89的方向安装到具有互补的锥形配合切削表面88的经切削的股骨90上,由此将股骨部件80固定到经切削的股骨90上。
更明确地,部件80包括主体82,该主体82具有内表面84和相对的关节表面82,每个表面在侧部81和中部83之间延伸。内表面84具有基本呈U形的横截面并向内逐渐变细。这种锥形的形成可以是从中部到侧部或从侧部到中部。
在附图8所示的实施例中,U形的股骨部件80被形成,其中由股骨部件限定的U形空腔由中部到侧部缩小,即尺寸减小。(在另外的实施例中,股骨部件的尺寸由侧部向中部减小,并且内表面84通过配合表面而成形)。股骨90被切削成相配合的形状,这使得当股骨部件80沿着箭头89的方向从侧部至中部滑动到骨股90上时,股骨部件80楔入到股骨90上,从而将股骨部件保持在股骨90上。

附图8a是股骨部件80a的另一种变更实施方式的剖视图,其具有关节表面82a以及如图所示安装在经切削的股骨86a上的非斜切的曲面内表面84a。前、后凸缘88a-b与股骨86a上对应的凹槽89a-b相配合。附图7和8A示出的具有向内突出凸缘88a-b的股骨部件可以具有各种不同的内表面。附图8A所示的股骨部件的内表面84a还可以与附图7相类似地被形成为锥形,并由此与互补的锥形的被切削股骨相配合,如上文对附图7的说明。
作为本发明的另一特征,附图9-14描绘了用于膝关节造形术的可结合的两块式股骨部件102,131,161和191,其中这两部分可以容易并各自独立地由中部或侧部通过切口滑入,随后连接并安装在股骨的经切削部分处。可选地,一部分可以在另一部分连接到经切削的股骨之后再安装到股骨上。连接件,例如螺栓或螺钉,可以插入通过骨股,直到与骨股部件接触。接合件,例如螺栓或螺钉,将股骨部件的一部分与另一部份相连接。该过程具有最小的损害性,并且不需要与整块股骨部件同样大小的切口,因为一部分股骨部件可以在另一部分股骨部件之后通过切口放入。
附图9是从侧部到中部被分开的两块式股骨部件102的透视图,而附图10为处于已组装状态的股骨部件102的透视图。股骨部件102被设计成“最终用途(end use)”,用于在重修表面的过程中被永久地安装在经切削的关节表面上,从而与胫骨和/或假肢的胫骨部件关节连接,该股骨部件被设计成经过手术而膝盖的至少一部分被替换的病人每日之用。
附图9描绘了用于重修股骨末端处经切削的关节表面的股骨膝盖假肢系统100,其包括最终用途股骨部件102,该股骨部件具有(A)内表面105,该内表面适于与经切削的关节表面相配合;以及(B)相对的关节表面107。
最终用途股骨部件进一步包括:(i)第一部分,即包括关节表面第一区域的膝盖骨节103;(ii)第二部分,即包括关节表面第二区域的胫骨骨节104,该第二部分104可以有选择地与第一部分103相配合;(iii)螺栓106、108,其被设计成有选择地连接第一部分103和第二部分105。螺栓106和108是用于有选择地连接第一部分和第二部分的连接装置的实例。螺栓124将股骨部件103固定到股骨上。但是,也可以使用各种其他方法将股骨部件固定到股骨上诸如使用骨用接合剂或压入被切削骨股中的柱桩。在一实施例中,至少一部分膝盖骨节103对应于经切削的股骨的前部,而至少一部分胫骨骨节104对应于经切削的股骨的后部。
如图所示,螺栓106、108沿着方向线118a-b延伸通过各个孔110a-b、112a-b、114a-b、116a-b,用于连接两部分103和105,从而在附图10中示出了结合之后的骨节部分103和105共同地形成股骨部件102。
U形的股骨部件102沿着接缝109分开,这使得股骨部件102包括前部103和后部105。至少一个并且优选有第一和第二个由孔110a-b、112a-b、114a-b和116a-b限定的通道横向延伸贯通前部103和后部105,使得当前部103和后部105对准的时侯,螺栓106和108能够横向螺纹旋入该通道并将配合部分固定到一起。
在重修表面的手术过程中,第一和第二部分103、105可以容易并且独立地由中部或侧部通过切口滑入,随后连接并安装在股骨的经切削部分处。可选地,其中一部分103或105可以在配合部分连接并安装到经切削的股骨之后再安装到股骨切削部分上。
由此,一种使用股骨部件102重修股骨表面的方法包括:(i)切削股骨末端处的关节表面,由此形成经切削的关节表面;(ii)将最终用途股骨部件的第一部分103定位在经切削的关节表面上或附近,该第一部分103包括最终用途股骨部件102的关节表面的第一区域;(iii)将最终用途股骨部件102的第二部分104定位在经切削的关节表面上或附近,该第二部分104包括最终用途股骨部件102的关节表面的第二区域;(iv)将最终用途股骨部件102的第一部分103固定到其第二部分上;以及(v)将最终用途股骨部件102连接并固定到经切削的关节表面上,例如通过使用螺栓124、螺钉、销钉或其他连接装置。
附图11是系统130的透视图,该系统包括基本类似的股骨部件131,该股骨部件具有啮合齿136、138并且由侧部到中部分开。部件131包括(i)第一部分,即包括关节表面的第一区域的膝盖骨节132;(ii)第二部分,即包括关节表面的第二区域的胫骨骨节134,该第二部分134用于有选择地与第一部分132相配合;以及(iii)螺栓142、144被设计成通过延伸经过各个孔146、148而有选择地将第一部分132连接到第二部分134上,此处没有示出另外的孔。螺栓142、144是用于有选择地将第一部分连接到第二部分上的连接装置的实例。螺栓150是固定股骨部件103到股骨上的装置的实例。
与附图8所示的平滑接缝119相反,股骨部件131可以形成有带有互补配合齿136、138的接缝140。在另外的实施例中,例如附图12和13所示,第一部分包括基本呈U形的中部骨节162,而第二部分包括基本呈U形的侧部骨节164。
附图12是由前到后分为两部分的系统160的股骨部件161的透视图;附图13是附图12所示的股骨部件161处于组合状态的透视图。
股骨部件161包括:(i)侧部骨节162,其具有基本呈U形形状并且具有侧面163及相对的中间侧面166,每个侧面均在前端165和相对的后端167之间延伸;(ii)中部骨节164,其具有基本呈U形形状并且具有侧表面168及相对的中间侧面169,每个侧面均在前端171和相对的后端173之间延伸。该中部骨节164的侧表面168被设计成与侧部骨节162的中间侧面166相配合,由此使得在中部骨节和侧部骨节的后端之间形成狭槽179。
螺栓170、172是当中部骨节和侧部骨节相配合时,连接中部骨节到侧部骨节的装置的实例。螺栓178将股骨部件161固定到股骨上。但是,也可以使用各种其他的方法将股骨部件固定到股骨上,例如使用骨用接合剂或被压入被切削股骨中的柱桩。
股骨部件161被沿着直线接缝180从前到后地在中央处分为两部分,由此使得股骨部件161包括中间部分和侧部部分。至少有一个并且优选有第一和第二个由孔174a-b和176a-b限定的通道横向延伸贯穿中部部分和侧部部分,这使得当两部分对准之后,螺栓170、172能够沿横向被螺纹旋入各个通道中,进而将两部分固定到一起。
附图14是被由前到后分割开并具有啮合齿的股骨部件的透视图。附图14表示的系统190包括基本类似的股骨部件191,该股骨部件具有啮合齿202、204,并被由前到后地分割开。部件191包括:(i)第一部分,即包括关节表面第一区域的侧部骨节192;(ii)第二部分,即包括关节表面第二区域的中部骨节194,该第二部分可以有选择地与第一部分相配合;以及(iii)螺栓196、198,其被设计成有选择地将第一部分连接到第二部分上。螺栓196和198是用于有选择地连接第一部分和第二部分的装置的实例。可以使用螺栓206或其他连接方法将股骨部件191固定到股骨上。
如附图14所述,与具有直线接缝相反,股骨部件191可以形成有具有在每个部分上形成的互补啮合齿的接缝。
附图15A-D表明了本发明另一两块式股骨部件的组装图和分解图,该股股部件使用突起以连接部件的各部分。这两部分可以容易并独立地由中部或侧部通过切口滑入,随后连接并安装在股骨的经切削部分处。可选地,其中一部分可以在另一部分已连接到经切削的股骨并安装到股骨上之后,再安装在股骨的被切削部分处。
附图15描绘了一种股骨膝盖假肢系统210,用于重修位于股骨末端处的经切削的关节表面,该系统包括:(i)最终用途股骨部件211,其具有(i)内表面215,用于与经切削的关节表面相配合,以及(ii)相对的关节表面217。
最终用途股骨部件211包括:(i)第一部分,即包括关节表面第一区域的膝盖骨节214;以及(ii)第二部分,即包括关节表面第二区域的胫骨骨节212,该第二部分212可以有选择地与第一部分214相配合。突起224-230从胫骨骨节212延伸,并被设计成由第一部分214所接纳,由此使第一和第二部分相配合。柱桩220-222是固定股骨部件103到股骨上的装置的另外实例。
股骨膝盖假肢系统210进一步包括螺栓240,240a或螺钉,用于在突起224-230一旦被安装到第一部分中之后,就将第一部分214连接到第二部分212上。在一个实施例中,仅在膝盖一侧开设切口。因此,只使用螺栓240或240a之一将第一部分214连接至第二部分212。
如图所示,突起224-230通过各个孔232、238、240(第四孔未示出)延伸,螺栓240通过孔242延伸进入已钻孔244,由此使得结合的骨节部分214、212共同地形成股骨部件210,如图15B和16B所示。使用突起224-230以及至少一个螺栓240可以在第一部分212和第二部分214之间形成很强的连接。螺栓240a延伸通过孔242a并进入第二部分214上的钻孔中。
如上文所述,本发明的股骨部件方便地由侧部或中部通过切口滑入。此外,本发明的股骨部件还可以方便地(无论作为整块或是两块)由侧部和中部之间的切口滑入。该股骨部件被设计成与胫骨和/或假肢胫骨部件相关节连接。
还应认识到,上文所述的各种形状、结构以及方法可以混合使用并匹配形成其他独特的形状、结构和方法。

Claims (41)
1.一种用于重修位于股骨末端处经切削的关节表面的股骨膝盖假肢系统,该假肢系统包括:
股骨部件,其具有(i)适于与股骨的经切削的关节表面相配合的内表面;以及(ii)相对的关节表面;
第一连接件;以及
在股骨部件的内表面上形成的装置,用于在股骨部件配合到股骨经切削的关节表面上并且第一连接件穿过股骨之后,将第一连接件连接到股骨部件上。
2.如权利要求1所述的股骨膝盖假肢系统,其中,所述连接件被有选择地穿过股骨经切削的关节表面的中间侧面或侧面。
3.如权利要求1所述的股骨膝盖假肢系统,其中,所述第一连接件包括细长的具有螺纹端部的螺栓。
4.如权利要求1所述的股骨膝盖假肢系统,其中,用于连接的装置包括在股骨部件内表面上形成的螺纹孔,该螺纹孔倾斜一定角度,使得当股骨部件配合到股骨经切削的关节表面上之后,螺栓能够穿过经切削的关节表面的中间侧面或侧面、从而与螺纹孔螺纹啮合。

用于有选择地将第一部分连接至第二部分的装置。
11.如权利要求10所述的股骨膝盖假肢系统,其中,所述第一部分包括侧部骨节,并且所述第二部分包括中部骨节。
12.如权利要求10所述的股骨膝盖假肢系统,其中,所述第一部分包括前部骨节,并且所述第二部分包括胫骨骨节。
13.如权利要求1所述的股骨膝盖假肢系统,进一步包括:
第二连接件;以及
在股骨部件内表面上形成的装置,用于在股骨部件配合到股骨经切削的关节表面上并且第二连接件穿过经切削的关节表面的中间侧面或侧面之后,将第二连接件连接到股骨部件上。
14.一种用于重修位于股骨末端处经切削的关节表面的股骨膝盖假肢系统,该经切削的关节表面具有中间侧面和相对的侧面,所述假肢系统包括:
股骨部件,其具有(i)适于与股骨的经切削的关节表面相配合的内表面;以及(ii)相对的关节表面;以及
第一连接件,其中股骨部件的内表面被设计成,当股骨部件配合到股骨经切削的关节表面上并且第一连接件穿过股骨之后,与第一连接件相连接。

19.一种方法,包括:
切削股骨末端处的关节表面,由此形成在侧面和中间侧面之间延伸的经切削的关节表面;
将具有内表面的股骨部件安装到经切削的关节表面的至少一部分上;
使第一连接件穿过股骨;并且
将第一连接件连接到股骨部件上,由此第一连接件将股骨部件固定到经切削的关节表面。

将第二连接件连接到股骨部件上,由此第二连接件将股骨部件固定到经切削的关节表面。
27.一种用于重修位于股骨末端处的经切削的关节表面的膝盖假肢的股骨部件,该股骨部件包括:
具有内表面和相对的关节表面的主体,每个表面均在侧面和中间侧面之间延伸,该内表面具有基本呈U形的横截面;以及
至少一个由主体的内表面的端部向内突出的凸缘。

29.一种方法,包括:

以及从至少侧部骨节或中部骨节的后端部的内表面突出的第二接合凸缘。
32.如权利要求31所述的股骨部件,其中在侧部骨节和中部骨节之间形成细长的螺栓。
33.一种方法,包括:
