Abstract
本发明提供了一种核酸测序方法以及相应的测序装置,所述方法特征在于扩增待测核酸分子双链体时将带有荧光和磷光基团的核苷酸类似物并入起始生长核酸链的3'端,通过检测荧光和磷光信号,判断待测核酸分子3'端的核苷酸。
