Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a novel takeout box, which comprises a box cover and a box body, wherein the box cover and the box body are detachably connected, and an adsorption layer for absorbing water vapor is arranged in the takeout box; and an adsorption layer is arranged in at least one of the box cover and/or the box body. The embodiment of the invention provides a novel takeout box, which aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, food generates steam in the process of distribution through the takeout box, so that the aesthetic feeling and the taste of the food are influenced.

Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the invention discloses a novel takeout box, which comprises a box cover 1 and a box body 2, wherein the box cover 1 is in interference connection with the box body 2, the diameter of the side edge of the upper edge of the box body 2 is larger than that of the clamping part of the lower edge of the box cover 1, and the clamping part of the box cover 1 is clamped with the side edge of the upper edge of the box body 2. The inside of takeaway box is provided with the adsorbed layer that is used for absorbing water vapour. The condition that the adsorption layer is arranged inside the takeout box comprises that the adsorption layer is arranged at one end of the box cover 1 close to the box body 2, and the adsorption layer is not arranged at one end of the combined body close to the box cover 1; or the end of the box cover 1 close to the box body 2 is provided with an adsorption layer, and the end of the combined body close to the box cover 1 is also provided with an adsorption layer; or the box cover 1 is close to one end of the box body 2, and no adsorption layer is arranged, and the adsorption layer is arranged at one end of the combined body close to the box cover 1. According to the takeaway box, the adsorption layer is arranged in the takeaway box, so that water vapor generated by food is absorbed, the phenomenon that the water vapor is condensed into water drops and falls back to the food to influence the food, even the food is soaked and deformed, and the aesthetic feeling and the taste are further influenced is avoided.
The absorbent layer comprises a water absorbent layer 31, and the water absorbent layer 31 is fixed on the inner wall of the takeout box. The water absorption layer 31 is made of water absorption cotton, and the water absorption cotton is food-grade PVA water absorption cotton. Food level PVA absorbs water cotton when absorbing takeaway box vapor, has also slowed down the loss of food heat, has played the effect that keeps warm to food.
The additional layer further comprises a barrier layer 32, wherein the barrier layer 32 is arranged between the water absorption layer 31 and the food, and the barrier layer 32 is used for blocking the water absorption layer 31 from directly contacting with the food. The barrier layer 32 adopts a filter screen, and the filter screen adopts a food-grade nylon filter screen. 1. A novel takeaway box which is characterized in that: the box cover and the box body are detachably connected, and an adsorption layer for absorbing water vapor is arranged inside the takeout box; and an adsorption layer is arranged in at least one of the box cover and/or the box body.
2. A novel take-out box according to claim 1, wherein: the adsorption layer comprises a water absorbing layer, and the water absorbing layer is fixed on the inner wall of the takeout box.
