本发明实施例公开了一种新型外卖盒，包括盒盖和盒体，所述盒盖和所述盒体之间为可拆卸连接，所述外卖盒的内部设置有用于吸收水蒸气的吸附层；所述盒盖和/或所述盒体至少其中的一个的内部安装有吸附层。本发明实具体施例提供了一种新型外卖盒，以解决现有技术中由于食物在通过外卖盒配送过程中产生水蒸气而导致的食物影响美感和口感的问题。

技术领域
本发明实施例涉及食品技术领域，具体涉及一种新型外卖盒。
背景技术
随着智能手机的普及和外卖平台的完善，外卖种类越来越多，人们在快节奏的城市生活中越来越习惯通过便捷式的外卖快餐来解决饮食问题。因此，市场上具有多种多样的外卖盒，例如发泡塑料餐盒、纸质餐盒、pp塑料餐盒和可降解餐盒。虽然现有的外卖盒虽然生产便捷，有的还有一定的保温功能。但是这些外卖盒在运送食物的锅中，由于食物自身热量和水分会进行挥发，产生的水蒸气在接触到外卖盒体后会冷凝成水滴回落到食物上，对食物造成影响，浸泡使食物泡烂变形，进而影响美感和口感。
发明内容
为此，本发明实施例提供了一种新型外卖盒，以解决现有技术中由于食物在通过外卖盒配送过程中产生水蒸气而导致影响食物的美感和口感的问题。
为了实现上述目的，本发明实施例提供如下技术方案：
根据本发明实施例公开的一种新型外卖盒，包括盒盖和盒体，所述盒盖和所述盒体之间为可拆卸连接，所述外卖盒的内部设置有用于吸收水蒸气的吸附层；所述盒盖和/或所述盒体至少其中的一个的内部安装有吸附层。
进一步地，所述吸附层包括吸水层，所述吸水层固定于所述外卖盒的内壁上。
进一步地，所述吸水层采用吸水棉，所述吸水棉采用食品级PVA吸水棉。
进一步地，所述吸附层还包括阻隔层，所述阻隔层设置于所述吸水层与食物之间，所述阻隔层用于阻隔所述吸水层与所述食物直接接触。
进一步地，所述阻隔层采用过滤网，所述过滤网采用食品级尼龙过滤网。
本发明实施例具有如下优点：
本发明通过在外卖盒内设置吸附层，将食物产生的水蒸气进行吸收，避免了水蒸气冷凝成水滴回落到食物，对食物造成影响，甚至使食物泡烂变形，进而影响美感和口感；吸附层采用食品级PVA吸水棉，在吸收水蒸气的同时，也减缓了食物热量的流失，起到了对食物保温的作用；吸附层还包括阻隔层，所述阻隔层设置于所述吸水层与食物之间，避免了吸水层直接与食物接触，使吸水层中的水分对食物造成污染。

结合图1所示，本发明具体实施例公开了一种新型外卖盒，包括盒盖1和盒体2，所述盒盖1和所述盒体2之间为过盈连接，盒体2上沿的侧边直径大于盒盖1的下沿卡接处的直径，盒盖1的卡接处与盒体2的上沿侧边相卡接。所述外卖盒的内部设置有用于吸收水蒸气的吸附层。外卖盒的内部设置吸附层的情况包括所述盒盖1靠近所述盒体2的一端安装有吸附层，所述合体靠近所述盒盖1的一端未安装有吸附层；或所述盒盖1靠近所述盒体2的一端安装有吸附层，所述合体靠近所述盒盖1的一端也安装有吸附层；或所述盒盖1靠近所述盒体2的一端安装未有吸附层，所述合体靠近所述盒盖1的一端安装有吸附层。本发明通过在外卖盒内设置吸附层，将食物产生的水蒸气进行吸收，避免了水蒸气冷凝成水滴回落到食物，对食物造成影响，甚至使食物泡烂变形，进而影响美感和口感。
吸附层包括吸水层31，所述吸水层31固定于所述外卖盒的内壁上。吸水层31采用吸水棉，所述吸水棉采用食品级PVA吸水棉。食品级PVA吸水棉在吸收外卖盒水蒸气的同时，也减缓了食物热量的流失，起到了对食物保温的作用。
附层还包括阻隔层32，所述阻隔层32设置于所述吸水层31与食物之间，所述阻隔层32用于阻隔所述吸水层31与所述食物直接接触。阻隔层32采用过滤网，所述过滤网采用食品级尼龙过滤网。过滤网的设置避免了吸水层31直接与食物接触，使吸水层31中的水分进入到食物中，进而对食物造成污染。

1.一种新型外卖盒，其特征在于：包括盒盖和盒体，所述盒盖和所述盒体之间为可拆卸连接，所述外卖盒的内部设置有用于吸收水蒸气的吸附层；所述盒盖和/或所述盒体至少其中的一个的内部安装有吸附层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型外卖盒，其特征在于：所述吸附层包括吸水层，所述吸水层固定于所述外卖盒的内壁上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型外卖盒，其特征在于：所述吸水层采用吸水棉，所述吸水棉采用食品级PVA吸水棉。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型外卖盒，其特征在于：所述吸附层还包括阻隔层，所述阻隔层设置于所述吸水层与食物之间，所述阻隔层用于阻隔所述吸水层与所述食物直接接触。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型外卖盒，其特征在于：所述阻隔层采用过滤网，所述过滤网采用食品级尼龙过滤网。
