背景技术
现有技术和缺陷:
皮肤是人体最大的器官,在与外界环境接触过程中,它能够有效保护机体,能够有效抵御细菌入侵等。当皮肤受到外力时会出现破损,皮肤受损后其保护作用随之减弱或消失;皮肤破损后如果不及时对伤口进行处理,则会在愈合过程中引起细菌感染、疼痛、瘙痒等症状。上述症状不仅严重阻碍了伤口的愈合,还会给患者带来痛苦,因此,需要及时对伤口进行处理,伤口处理不当会导致伤口出血、感染化脓,严重时可能会感染破伤风,危及患者的生命。
在伤口处理过程中,首要且应用最为广泛的方式是利用消毒产品对病原体进行杀灭清除,其主要机理是利用物理或化学作用破坏病原体使之失活,该方式能够减少伤口恶化感染的几率,大大减轻患者痛苦,提高伤口较为严重的患者存活率。但是,这类消毒产品功能单一,仅具有杀菌消毒作用,而失去皮肤屏障的伤口在未完全愈合之前,仍存在被感染的风险。

1、本发明所提供的一种创伤护理消毒产品,兼具杀菌和成膜保护创面的功效。
2、本发明所提供的一种创伤护理消毒产品,阳离子杀菌剂和高分子成膜材料共混后,能够形成抗菌保护膜,该保护膜在杀灭皮肤残留细菌的同时,还能杀灭外来微生物,有效阻隔微生物侵入。
3、本发明所提供的一种创伤护理消毒产品,所形成的抗菌保护膜具有长效抑菌的效果。
4、本发明所提供的一种创伤护理消毒产品,所形成的抗菌保护膜含有丰富亲水基团,保护伤口的同时能够维持创面湿润环境,加速伤口愈合。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
1)一种创伤护理消毒产品,由以下物料组成:聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐0.8g,聚乙二醇40020mL,水80mL。
2)一种创伤护理消毒产品按照以下步骤实施:
步骤一:将0.8g聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐溶解于80mL水中,搅拌至澄清透明得到溶液A;
步骤二:将20mL聚乙二醇400溶解于溶液A,搅拌至均质,灌装得到创伤护理消毒产品。
效果:
1、消毒剂对皮肤消毒现场试验
对实施例1中所得样品,依据消毒技术规范进行现场实验。消毒前,让受试者将左右前臂内侧中段相互充分对搓后,将规格板放于受试者左前臂内侧中段表面,用无菌棉拭在含10ml稀释液试管中浸湿,于管壁上挤干后采样。采样后,以无菌操作方式将棉拭采样端剪入采样液试管内,振打200次。将该创伤护理消毒液均匀喷涂于试验区域后,作用2min,用中和剂代替稀释液,与阳性对照组同样的方法对受试者右前臂内侧表面残留的自然菌采样一次,作为试验组样本。分别取试验组、阳性对照组样本各1.0ml,以倾注法接种平皿,每个样本接种2个平皿,放37℃恒温箱中培养48h,观察最终结果如说明书附图1所示。通过该实验说明,在实际应用中,该创伤护理消毒液具有很好的杀菌效果。说明书附图1中(A)为阳性对照组;(B)为试验组。
2、持久抑菌效果模拟试验
对实施例1中所得样品,进行持久抑菌效果模拟实验。消毒前,将10块硅胶模拟皮肤充分对搓。取2块模拟皮肤,在规定的试验区域内,用无菌棉拭在含10mL稀释液试管中浸湿,于管壁上挤干后采样。取样后,以无菌操作方式将棉拭采样端剪入采样液试管内,振打200次作为阳性。吸取1mL样液置于平皿中,以倾注法接种,放37℃恒温箱中培养48h,观察菌落生长数。
使用创伤护理消毒液对剩余8块模拟皮肤进行消毒,实验间隔期内,不对模拟皮肤做任何防护处理,将其放置在室温普通环境下。分别在2min、6h、24h、48h,用中和剂代替稀释液同法操作,作为试验组,观察菌落数目,如说明书附图2所示。说明书附图2中(A)-(E)分别代表阳性组、消毒2min、消毒消毒6h、消毒24h、消毒48h后菌落生长情况。
根据菌落数目计算杀灭对数均值,如表1所示。
使用SPSS19.0软件,计量资料用(95%置信区间)表示,不同时间点上两组间比较用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。根据统计结果分析判定消毒后各时间点与消毒前差异有统计学意义,且消毒后2min、5h、30h、48h,每次采样的菌落数和消毒前相比降低,认为该创伤护理消毒液在此方法下具有长效抑菌的效果。

3、阻隔细菌侵入效果试验
本实验将微生物液滴滴加到含实例1样品的滤纸上。待液滴干燥后,进行试验以测定是否有活性微生物穿透到试验样品另一侧。
取50mm的正方形无菌滤纸,在上方滴加浓度为107cfu/mL的金黄色葡萄球菌菌液5滴,每滴0.1mL。置于22℃无菌环境条件下干燥6h后,将样片放置在血琼脂平板表面,接种面向上,接触5s-6s后除去试验样品,平板放置在37℃培养24h,作为阳性对照组,记录拍照。取同样大小的正方形无菌滤纸,在上方均匀喷洒创伤护理消毒液后,置于22℃下干燥处理16h,滴加菌液同法操作作为试验组,记录拍照。取同样大小的正方形无菌滤纸,不进行任何处理,直接接触血琼脂平板5s-6s后,移去样品,作为阴性对照,培养24h后记录拍照。
如说明书附图3所示,在喷洒创伤护理消毒液后,再滴加菌液进行实验,并未在血琼脂观察到有菌落生长,而未喷洒创伤护理消毒液的阳性对照组显示正方形的区域内有菌落生长,说明该抗菌保护膜层能够有效阻隔细菌侵入。说明书附图3中(A)为阴性对照;(B)为试验组;(C)为阳性对照组。其中,C组出现白色方块为菌落生长导致。
实施例2:
1)一种创伤护理消毒产品,由以下物料组成:葡萄糖酸氯己定溶液5mL,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1g,水100mL。
2)一种创伤护理消毒产品按照以下步骤实施:
步骤一:将5mL葡萄糖酸氯己定溶液溶解于100mL水中,搅拌至澄清透明得到溶液A;
步骤二:将1g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶解于溶液A,搅拌至均质,灌装得到创伤护理消毒产品。
效果:
消毒产品成膜实验
取该产品10mL置于直径为9mm的玻璃平皿中,于37℃模拟人体温度下放置24h,取出并裁切为2×2.5cm的规格。
如说明书附图4所示,在模拟人体温度下,该产品水分挥干后,能够形成肉眼可见的透明膜。
综上所述,本发明可提供一种杀灭多种病原微生物且持久抑菌;同时兼具成膜保湿作用,膜的形成能够有效阻隔微生物进入,也能够维持创面湿润环境,加速伤口愈合的创伤护理消毒产品。

Claims (3)
1.一种创伤护理消毒产品,其特征在于:所述创伤护理消毒产品包括阳离子杀菌剂、高分子成膜材料和纯化水,所述阳离子杀菌剂质量浓度范围为0.005%~5%,高分子成膜材料为0.01%~25%,余量为纯化水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的创伤护理消毒产品,其特征在于:所述阳离子杀菌剂为葡萄糖酸氯己定、醋酸氯己定、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、盐酸聚六亚甲基胍、苯扎溴铵、苯扎氯铵、苄索氯铵、双链季铵盐以及高分子类季铵盐中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的创伤护理消毒产品,其特征在于:所述高分子成膜材料为聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、明胶、胶原、黄原胶、海藻酸钠、壳聚糖及壳聚糖衍生物、羧甲基纤维素及羧甲基纤维素衍生物、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟丁基甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、乙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基甲基纤维素、羟甲基乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素中的一种或多种。
