本发明属于农药领域,涉及一种含有菊酯类杀虫剂的增效复配组合物及其应用。
背景技术
化学农药作为农作物稳产丰收的重要保障,在有害生物防治中发挥了不可替代的作用。拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂通过影响神经膜中钠离子通道造成神经传递障碍,进而导致害虫中毒死亡。但由于投入过多导致害虫解毒代谢能力增强,靶标敏感性降低,极易产生抗药性。不同农药间的复配不仅能够延缓单一农药靶标抗性,提高农药活性,还能够减少农药用量,降低环境暴露风险,为农药可持续应用提供了广阔前景。
合理的化学药剂复配或混配具有扩大杀虫谱,提高防治效果、延长施药适期、减少用药量、降低药害、减少残留、延缓害虫、害螨耐药性和抗药性的发生与发展等积极特点,杀虫剂复配或混配是解决上述问题的最为有效的方法之一。开发新品杀虫剂价格不断攀升,而相比之下,开发与研究高效、低毒、低残留的复配与混配具有投资少、研制周期短而受到国内外重视,纷纷加大开发研制力度。
中国发明专利CN112457288公开了一种胡椒酸衍生物及其应用,其中化合物I-72具有触杀和胃毒活性及良好的传导活性,可用于防治多种鳞翅目、半翅目、缨翅目、鞘翅目等害虫。该化合物结构式如下:
不同品种成分进行复配,可能产生某些意料不到的技术效果,也是防治抗性害虫的有效方法之一。然而,迄今未见化合物I-72与菊酯类杀虫剂复配组合物的报道。

本发明的目的在于提供一种含有菊酯类杀虫剂的增效复配组合物及其应用。

所述组合物用于预防或控制鳞翅目、半翅目、同翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目、缨翅目、蜱螨目害虫及其幼虫和卵的用途。
本发明的增效复配组合物用于防治果树、蔬菜、观赏植物、茶、棉花、禾谷类作物、灌木、阔叶树、常青树上的害虫、害螨具有明显的增效作用。室内生物活性测定结果显示,将化合物I-72与菊酯类杀虫剂混配可以提高防效,降低用药量,扩大杀虫谱。例如,当化合物I-72与联苯菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、甲氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯、醚菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯等在1:10至10:1的比例范围内进行混配时,可以大大提高对朱砂叶螨、烟粉虱、粘虫、玉米螟、小菜蛾、褐飞虱、黄条跳甲、桃蚜等靶标的活性,将化合物I-72与菊酯类杀虫剂混配,可延缓拟除虫菊酯类农药的靶标抗性,也可降低拟除虫菊酯类农药的高残留和非靶标毒性。因此,本发明的增效复配组合物可用于制备杀虫剂药物的用途。
本发明的增效复配组合物,可用于防治果树、蔬菜、观赏植物、茶、棉花、禾谷类作物、灌木、阔叶树、常青树等上的害虫、害螨、地下害虫;尤可用于防治多种作物上的刺吸式口器害虫和鳞翅目害虫,如飞虱、粉虱、蚜虫、蓟马、叶蝉、蝽象以及二化螟、玉米螟、小菜蛾、粘虫、潜叶蛾、棉铃虫、甜菜夜蛾等害虫。

本发明所具有的优点:本发明将化合物I-72与菊酯类杀虫剂在适宜的比例下复配得到的二元组合物具有很好的增效作用,进而提高防效,降低用药量,扩大杀虫谱。具体,1、复配的A、B两种活性组分具有不同的作用机理,能够延缓害虫、害螨抗药性的产生。2、扩大了杀虫谱,可用于防治果树、蔬菜、观赏植物、茶、棉花等多种作物上的多种害虫、害螨;3、降低了农药使用量,降低了农药在作物上的残留量,增强了对环境的友好性。4、A、B两活性组分在适宜的比例范围内复配,提高了对朱砂叶螨、烟粉虱、粘虫、玉米螟、小菜蛾、褐飞虱、黄条跳甲、桃蚜等害虫、害螨的防治效果。

以下实施例用于详细说明本发明,以便于进一步理解本发明。活性组分A选自化合物I-72(由CN112457288专利文献中的记载制备所得,含量97%);活性组分B及其他原料均为市售商品,各组分以重量百分数计量。
实施例1:化合物I-72与不同菊酯类杀虫剂混配对稠李巢蛾室内协同作用筛选试验供试靶标:稠李巢蛾Yponomeuta evonymallus(Linnaeus)3龄幼虫。
药液配制:根据不同试验需要,用电子分析天平分别准确称取供试样品,原药以丙酮溶解,再用0.1%吐温80水按照试验设计剂量稀释成具一定浓度梯度的系列药液。
试验方法:首先选择景天花叶片,按试验设计从低剂量到高剂量的顺序,放入配制好的药液中浸渍10s,自然阴干后置于放有滤纸的直径为9cm的培养皿中,接入整齐的健康试虫,每处理10头,每处理3次重复,另设空白对照(CK)。
将处理后的试材置于观察室内,观察室的温度、湿度、光照按需可调节。72小时后调查死、活虫数,用abbott公式计算校正死亡率。
混配协同作用效果评价采用Bliss法,Bliss根据其提出的独立联合作用概念认为,杀虫剂混用时的理论死亡率P可用下式来计算:

Pm为第一活性组分在浓度为m时靶标的实测死亡率(%);Pn为第二活性组分使用浓度为n时靶标的实测死亡率(%)。
如果两种活性组分在以一定浓度混合后靶标的实际死亡率大于理论死亡率P,则判定两种活性组分在设定浓度下混合使用具有增效作用,反之则为拮抗作用,试验结果见表1。

药液配制:根据不同试验需要,用电子分析天平分别准确称取供试样品,原药以丙酮溶解,再用0.1%吐温80水按照试验设计剂量稀释成具一定浓度梯度的系列药液。
试验方法:首先选择带有整齐、一致蚕豆蚜的蚕豆苗,每株载虫量约30-40头,然后按试验设计从低剂量到高剂量的顺序均匀喷雾,每片叶1.5mL,每处理重复3次,另设空白对照(CK)。
将处理后的试材置于观察室内,观察室的温度、湿度、光照按需可调节。48小时后调查死、活虫数,用abbott公式计算校正死亡率。

供试靶标:朱砂叶螨[Tetranychus cinnabarinus(boisduval)]成螨,室内饲养的敏感品系。
药液配制:根据不同试验需要,用电子分析天平分别准确称取供试样品,原药以丙酮溶解,再用0.1%吐温80水按照试验设计剂量稀释成具一定浓度梯度的系列药液。
试验方法:采用盆栽幼苗喷雾法测定对朱砂叶螨成螨的活性大小。首先将大小一致的朱砂叶螨成螨接到处于第一对真叶平展期的菜豆幼苗叶片上,待成螨稳定后计数基数;然后按试验设计从低剂量到高剂量的顺序均匀喷雾,每株1.5mL,每处理3次重复,另设空白对照。
将处理后的试材置于观察室内,观察室的温度、湿度、光照按需可调节。72小时后调查死、活螨数。用abbott公式计算校正死亡率,用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,求出各供试单剂及各不同配比混用的毒力回归方程式、LC50值及95%置信限,再用孙云沛(Sun y-p)法计算各配比的共毒系数,评价混用效果,试验结果见表3。

药液配制:根据不同试验需要,用电子分析天平分别准确称取供试样品,原药以丙酮溶解,再用0.1%吐温80水按照试验设计剂量稀释成具一定浓度梯度的系列药液。
试验方法:首先选择玉米嫩茎,按试验设计从低剂量到高剂量的顺序,放入配制好的药液中浸渍10s,自然阴干后置于放有滤纸的直径为9cm的培养皿中,接入整齐的健康试虫,每处理10头,每处理3次重复,另设空白对照。
将处理后的试材置于观察室内,观察室的温度、湿度、光照按需可调节。72小时后调查死、活虫数,用abbott公式计算校正死亡率,用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,求出各供试单剂及各不同配比混用的毒力回归方程式、LC50值及95%置信限,再用孙云沛(Sun y-p)法计算各配比的共毒系数,评价混用效果(同实施例3),试验结果见表6。

实施例7:化合物I-72与高效氯氰菊酯混配对小菜蛾室内联合毒力测定试验
供试靶标:小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)2龄幼虫。
药液配制:根据不同试验需要,用电子分析天平分别准确称取供试样品,原药以丙酮溶解,再用0.1%吐温80水按照试验设计剂量稀释成具一定浓度梯度的系列药液。
试验方法:首先选择甘蓝叶片,按试验设计从低剂量到高剂量的顺序,放入配制好的药液中浸渍10s,自然阴干后置于放有滤纸的直径为9cm的培养皿中,接入整齐的健康试虫,每处理10头,每处理3次重复,另设空白对照。
将处理后的试材置于观察室内,观察室的温度、湿度、光照按需可调节。72小时后调查死、活虫数,用abbott公式计算校正死亡率,用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,求出各供试单剂及各不同配比混用的毒力回归方程式、LC50值及95%置信限,再用孙云沛(Sun y-p)法计算各配比的共毒系数,评价混用效果(同实施例3),试验结果见表7。

实施例8:化合物I-72与醚菊酯混配对稻褐飞虱室内联合毒力测定试验
供试靶标:稻褐飞虱[Nilaparvata lugens(Stal)]若虫,室内饲养的敏感品系。
药液配制:根据不同试验需要,用电子分析天平分别准确称取供试样品,原药以丙酮溶解,再用0.1%吐温80水按照试验设计剂量稀释成具一定浓度梯度的系列药液。
试验方法:采用盆栽幼苗喷雾法测定对稻褐飞虱若虫的活性大小。首先将水稻幼苗栽于培养钵中,按试验设计从低剂量到高剂量的顺序均匀喷雾,每株2mL,然后将大小一致的稻褐飞虱若虫接于水稻幼苗上,每处理3次重复,另设空白对照。
将处理后的试材置于观察室内,观察室的温度、湿度、光照按需可调节。72小时后调查死、活虫数,用abbott公式计算校正死亡率,用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,求出各供试单剂及各不同配比混用的毒力回归方程式、LC50值及95%置信限,再用孙云沛(Sun y-p)法计算各配比的共毒系数,评价混用效果(同实施例3),试验结果见表8。

实施例9:化合物I-72与溴氰菊酯混配对黄条跳甲室内联合毒力测定试验
供试靶标:黄条跳甲(Phyllotreta vittuta Fabr.)成虫。
药液配制:根据不同试验需要,用电子分析天平分别准确称取供试样品,原药以丙酮溶解,再用0.1%吐温80水按照试验设计剂量稀释成具一定浓度梯度的系列药液。
试验方法:首先选择整齐、一致的盆栽甘蓝苗,然后按试验设计从低剂量到高剂量的顺序均匀喷雾,阴干后,向处理后的甘蓝苗转接跳甲成虫,并罩上玻璃罩,每株约30-40头,每处理重复3次,另设空白对照。
将处理后的试材置于观察室内,观察室的温度、湿度、光照按需可调节。72小时后调查死、活虫数,用abbott公式计算校正死亡率,用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,求出各供试单剂及各不同配比混用的毒力回归方程式、LC50值及95%置信限,再用孙云沛(Sun y-p)法计算各配比的共毒系数,评价混用效果(同实施例3),试验结果见表9。

实施例10:化合物I-72与氰戊菊酯混配对桃蚜室内联合毒力测定试验
供试靶标:桃蚜[Myzus persicae(Sulzer)]若蚜,室内饲养的敏感品系。
药液配制:根据不同试验需要,用电子分析天平分别准确称取供试样品,原药以丙酮溶解,再用0.1%吐温80水按照试验设计剂量稀释成具一定浓度梯度的系列药液。
试验方法:首先选择带有整齐、一致桃蚜的甘蓝叶片,每张叶片载虫量约30-40头,然后按试验设计从低剂量到高剂量的顺序均匀喷雾,每片叶1.5mL,每处理重复3次,另设空白对照。
将处理后的试材置于观察室内,观察室的温度、湿度、光照按需可调节。48小时后调查死、活虫数,用abbott公式计算校正死亡率,用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,求出各供试单剂及各不同配比混用的毒力回归方程式、LC50值及95%置信限,再用孙云沛(Sun y-p)法计算各配比的共毒系数,评价混用效果(同实施例3),试验结果见表10。

供试靶标:萝卜蚜[Lipaphis erysimi(Kaltenbach)]。
药液配制:根据不同试验需要,用电子分析天平分别准确称取供试样品,原药以丙酮溶解,再用0.1%吐温80水按照试验设计剂量稀释成具一定浓度梯度的系列药液。
试验方法:首先选择带有整齐、一致萝卜蚜的甘蓝叶片,每张叶片载虫量约30-40头,然后按试验设计从低剂量到高剂量的顺序均匀喷雾,每片叶1.5mL,每处理重复3次,另设空白对照。
将处理后的试材置于观察室内,观察室的温度、湿度、光照按需可调节。48小时后调查死、活虫数,用abbott公式计算校正死亡率,用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,求出各供试单剂及各不同配比混用的毒力回归方程式、LC50值及95%置信限,再用孙云沛(Sun y-p)法计算各配比的共毒系数,评价混用效果(同实施例3),试验结果见表11。

以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。由以上技术方案可知,本发明所述增效复配组合物具有提高药效,扩大杀虫谱,减少农药用量,降低农药在作物上的残留量,减轻对环境的污染,对人畜安全,环境相容性好,害虫不易产生抗药性。本发明组合物可应用于多种作物的多种害虫、害螨的防治,可广泛应用于农业领域。
Claims (5)
1.一种含有菊酯类杀虫剂的增效复配组合物,其特征在于组合物为A、B两种活性组分,组分A选自下述结构的胡椒酸衍生物类化合物,组分B选自拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂;组分A、B两种活性组分的重量份数比为1:50至50:1;其中,所述胡椒酸衍生物类化合物结构式如下:
所述的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂选自B1联苯菊酯(bifenthrin);B3精高效氯氟氰菊酯(gamma-cyhalothrin);B6甲氰菊酯(fenpropathrin);B10高效氯氰菊酯(beta-cypermethrin);B11高效氯氟氰菊酯(lambda-cyhalothrin);B12氯氰菊酯(cypermethrin);B13高效氟氯氰菊酯(beta-cyfluthrin);B14氟氯氰菊酯(cyfluthrin);B16氯菊酯(permethrin);B17醚菊酯(etofenprox);B18溴氰菊酯(deltamethrin);B27高效反式氯氰菊酯(theta-cypermethrin);B35除虫菊素(pyrethrins);B39 zeta-氯氰菊酯(zeta-cypermethrin);B43氰戊菊酯(fenvalerate);B44 S-氰戊菊酯(esfenvalerate);B56顺式氯氰菊酯(alpha-cypermethrin)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物中组分A选自上述胡椒酸衍生物类化合物;组分A、B两种活性组分的重量份数比为1:20至20:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物中组分A选自上述胡椒酸衍生物类化合物;组分B选自B1联苯菊酯(bifenthrin);B11高效氯氟氰菊酯(lambda-cyhalothrin);B6甲氰菊酯(fenpropathrin);B10高效氯氰菊酯(beta-cypermethrin);B13高效氟氯氰菊酯(beta-cyfluthrin);B17醚菊酯(etofenprox);B43氰戊菊酯(fenvalerate);B18溴氰菊酯(deltamethrin)或B35除虫菊素(pyrethrins);
组分A、B两种活性组分的重量份数比为1:10至10:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物的应用,其特征在于:所述组合物用于制备防治果树、蔬菜、观赏植物、茶、棉花、禾谷类作物、灌木、阔叶树、常青树上的害虫、害螨的杀虫、杀螨剂药物;
所述害虫、害螨为稠李巢蛾、蚕豆蚜、桃蚜、萝卜蚜、朱砂叶螨、烟粉虱、夜蛾科、螟蛾科、菜蛾科、稻褐飞虱、黄条跳甲中一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物的应用,其特征在于:所述组合物用于预防或控制稠李巢蛾、蚕豆蚜、桃蚜、萝卜蚜、朱砂叶螨、烟粉虱、夜蛾科、螟蛾科、菜蛾科、稻褐飞虱、黄条跳甲害虫及其幼虫和卵的用途。
