技术领域
本发明涉及卫生杀虫剂技术领域,具体为一种含有S-烯虫酯和氯菊酯的长效性跳蚤杀虫气雾剂配方。
背景技术
跳蚤是生活中常见的一种寄生类昆虫,俗称“革子”。主要以血液为食,只有吸食足够的血量,跳蚤才能交配产卵,一般寄生在动物身上。由于跳蚤有吸血的习性,而且含有很多细菌微生物,所以在接触跳蚤或者再被跳蚤叮咬后,往往会引发会局部组织的病理反应,产生大小不同的丘疹,反应严重者还有奇痒难耐的感觉,而且跳蚤还是一种媒介生物,所以还有可能被传播疾病,比如绦虫病、鼠疫、肾综合征出血热等。其次跳蚤的食量很大,一只跳蚤成虫一天可吸入相当于其体重15倍的血液,因此长期被跳蚤寄生的话,还有可能会引起缺铁性贫血。
目前的跳蚤杀虫剂主要是针对宠物的体外驱虫,例如体外滴剂和药浴,对外环境的跳蚤处理偏向于化学药剂直接杀灭。跳蚤的藏匿性极佳,外环境的跳蚤极难处理,并且跳蚤的生命力极强,目前的杀虫剂虽然可以杀灭环境中的成虫及虫卵,但是也会加速跳蚤的抗药性产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种含有S-烯虫酯和氯菊酯的长效性跳蚤杀虫气雾剂配方。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种含有S-烯虫酯和氯菊酯的长效性跳蚤杀虫气雾剂配方,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:S-烯虫酯0.05%~0.15%,氯菊酯0.3%~0.9%,溶剂8.0%~12.0%,丙烷15.0%~20.0%,丁烷15.0%~20.0%,抗氧化剂0.2%~0.8%,2-羧基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮0.1%~0.5%,调香剂0.001%~0.005%。

含有S-烯虫酯和氯菊酯的跳蚤杀虫气雾剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将S-烯虫酯、氯菊酯逐一与石油加氢轻馏分混合,得到混合液组分A;
2)将2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2-羧基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、甲酸薄荷酯混合得到组分B;
3)将组分A和组分B混合得到组分C;
4)将组分C分装在耐压容器中,安装阀门并扎紧,先抽去容器内的空气,然后通过压力灌装机将定量的推进剂压入容器。

一种含有S-烯虫酯和氯菊酯的长效性跳蚤杀虫气雾剂配方,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:S-烯虫酯0.05%~0.15%,氯菊酯0.3%~0.9%,溶剂8.0%~12.0%,丙烷15.0%~20.0%,丁烷15.0%~20.0%,抗氧化剂0.2%~0.8%,2-羧基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮0.1%~0.5%,调香剂0.001%~0.005%。
其中,溶剂为石油加氢轻馏分溶剂。丙烷、丁烷作为推进剂。抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚。调香剂为甲酸薄荷酯。

原理:本发明中的S-烯虫酯和氯菊酯的跳蚤杀虫气雾剂,在使用时,打开控制阀的阀门,在推进剂的压力作用下,产生高速气流,利用推进剂的气化能将罐内有效成分药液分散,悬浮在空气中,与跳蚤等卫生害虫接触,从而达到快速控制和杀灭害虫的目的。
其中,氯菊酯可以快速杀灭环境中的跳蚤成虫,在宠物活动区域中若是有跳蚤成虫,大概率会存在跳蚤幼虫及卵,这些虫卵的数量是成虫数量的数十倍之多,控制住虫卵的发育可以最大限度控制跳蚤数量。
传统的化学药剂确实可以杀灭环境中的成虫及虫卵,但是会加速跳蚤的抗药性产生,而S-烯虫酯作为昆虫生长调节剂阻止虫卵发育成成虫,可以有效控制虫卵的繁殖发育,阻断种群发展。
实验例:
按上述实施例的配方制备各组分的配方比例,如表一所示:

实例1:速杀效果试验
将本方案的含S-烯虫酯和氯菊酯的跳蚤杀虫气雾剂,参照中华人民共和国国家标准《卫生杀虫剂现场药效测定及评价气雾剂GB/T27782-2011》测试杀虫效果。对照药剂采用市面上的菊酯类(溴氰菊酯)杀虫气雾剂。
实验对象:开皇客蚤
实验方法:
参照GB/T23795采用粘捕法测定施药前2天的试验区和对照区开皇客蚤的密度。
实验时,关闭门窗及一切通风设施,测试人员由内向外,手持满装气雾罐,喷嘴向下45°角按5g/m2剂量进行喷雾,对开皇客蚤栖息场所进行重点喷雾。分别喷洒不同组分配比的实例1、实例2、实例3在3个不同的房间中,喷药后1h打开门窗通风。测定施药后第4天和第5天的平均密度作为施药后的密度。

最终结果参照中华人民共和国国家标准《卫生杀虫剂现场药效测定及评价气雾剂GB/T27782-2011》进行评价,0.5h击倒率≥80%和24小时死亡率≥90%,2项都达到为效果显著,有1项达不到为效果不显著;相对密度下降率≥80%为效果显著。
由表二可知,三个配方的速杀效果由于有菊酯类的药剂,效果都是符合国家标准。
实例2:长效控制效果试验
参照GB/T13917.1-2009《农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验剂评价第1部分:喷射剂》验证S-烯虫酯对跳蚤的长效控制效果,将配方1、2、3中等含量的S-烯虫酯取2ml均匀涂抹在500ml玻璃内壁,对照组用无水乙醇涂抹晾干,每瓶放入跳蚤若虫50只,30min后将试虫转移至清洁玻璃缸内进行标准饲养,观察记录发育和繁殖情况,重复3次。
正常观察一个世代,或者直至全部死亡。观察数据如下:

综上3组配方的试验结果和对照组结果可以发现S-烯虫酯可以有效控制跳蚤的发育繁殖,降低种群密度,达到长效的控制效果。
结合两个实例评价,本发明制备的杀虫气雾剂具有良好的致死活性和长效控制效果。对跳蚤有很好的灭杀效果,并且能有效抑制其子一代的生长发育,其中以配方1对种群控制效果稍差,配方2、3效果明显,且持续效果好。
其中,配方2综合效果优秀并且性价比最高,室内环境使用建议量3ml/㎡。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有S-烯虫酯和氯菊酯的长效性跳蚤杀虫气雾剂配方,其特征在于:所述调香剂为甲酸薄荷酯。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种含有S-烯虫酯和氯菊酯的长效性跳蚤杀虫气雾剂配方,其特征在于:所述含有S-烯虫酯和氯菊酯的跳蚤杀虫气雾剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将S-烯虫酯、氯菊酯逐一与石油加氢轻馏分混合,得到混合液组分A;
2)将2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2-羧基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、甲酸薄荷酯混合得到组分B;
3)将组分A和组分B混合得到组分C;
4)将组分C分装在耐压容器中,安装阀门并扎紧,先抽去容器内的空气,然后通过压力灌装机将定量的推进剂压入容器。
