Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于将空气调节柜的壁板相互联接起来的组件,并涉及一种包括这种组件的空气调节柜。
背景技术
在诸如欧洲专利申请No.91201946.0中所描述的那种现有的空气调节柜的一个缺陷是当在例如存在于东南亚国家中的潮湿条件下使用这种空气调节柜时,在其内会出现凝结。
发明内容
本发明的一个重要目的是基本消除这一缺陷。
因此,本发明提供了一种用于将空气调节柜的一个或多个壁板相互联接在一起的部件的组件,该组件包括:一个壁,该壁的横截面基本上为L形,并且所述壁又包括:一个外壁部分和一个内壁部分,该外壁部分和内壁部分通过一个没有绝热材料的第一个间隔被分隔开,所述组件进一步包括:一个或多个连接到所述壁上并由此处延伸的固定的型材部分,该型材部分可与一空气调节柜的壁板连接且所述壁不与形成空气调节柜内壁的壁板侧面相接触,由此使固定的型材与壁连接,从而使所述固定的型材及内壁部分和外壁部分的组合物的横截面基本上为方形,由此内壁部分和固定的型材围成一个第二个间隔,该第二个间隔基本上充满绝热材料,从而可具有低的热传导系数,由此可以基本上避免柜内和柜外的凝结。
与现有的空气调节柜相比较,采用该组件明显地减少了凝结。
由于壁最好包括在其间具有一定间隔的一内壁部分和一外壁部分,而且绝热装置最好安装于壁和型材部分之间,从而壁和型材部分最好具有不同的热传导系数,该组件起到了一个有效的冷桥的作用,以便防止柜内的凝结。壁的形状可以基本上为L形并且最好由铝挤压而成,以使其重量较轻。
由于该组件最好在空气调节柜的一个框架内起作用,该组件在其装配形式上最好为方形的。
根据本发明的第二个方面,提供了一种空气调节柜,它包括上述的连接组件。
根据本发明的第三个方面,提供了一种用于空气调节柜的门。

具体实施方式
在空气调节柜1(图1)中安装有诸如一通气装置、过滤器和可能还有的一空气加湿器及类似物的装置(未示出),该空气调节柜1包括壁板2,转角立柱4和中间立柱6。一底架8包括连续的平放型材。柜1还包括一个借助于两个铰链12安装于柜1上的门10。
转角立柱4借助于角接(corner point)14相互连接,这在图3中也已示出。
壁板连接组件(立柱)4由一个带有一外壁部分20和一内壁部分22(图2)的铝制壁18构成。这些壁部分20、22之间具有一间隔24,并且通过四个支撑26分隔开。
壁18的横截面为L形,并且设有用于固定螺钉的螺纹槽28。
内壁部分22设有用于夹紧从壁18向内延伸的塑料型材32的成形槽30,以便使立柱4的横截面为方形。在内壁部分22与这两个塑料型材32之间设有隔热的聚氨酯泡沫塑料34。
这些型材32也被连接到一个延伸的Y型壁板连接件36上,该连接件36设有两个用于将塑料型材32锁定到适当位置的锁定槽38。
如图5所示,凸缘40从该壁板连接件36延伸,这些凸缘能够被可靠地拧到空气调节柜的壁板上。
一个铝的盖缝条41被拧到壁18上,以便盖住立柱4与相应的柜板之间的连接部分。
每个角接14具有三个延伸的支腿部分42(图4),该支腿部分设有用于容纳壁支撑26的凹槽44,支腿42插进立柱4的间隔24内,以便将立柱4连接在一起(参看图1)。
门10具有一外壁50和一内壁52,其间装有聚氨酯泡沫塑料54(图5)。
一延伸的U型连接片56使内壁52与外壁50连接,并且也起到用于两个绝热的橡胶门密封件58的支承件的作用。
门10借助于铰链12安装在空气调节柜上。
为了将两个位于相同平面内的壁板连接在一起,如图6所示,通过一连接板60将两个立柱4连接在一起作为一个中间立柱6。聚氨酯泡沫塑料62设于该连接板60与立柱4之间。
底架8(图7)借助于固定在立柱4的螺纹槽内的螺钉被固定到空气调节柜上。
图8示出了带有一个安装在柜上侧的外伸凸缘64的空气调节柜的一个实施例,该凸缘起保护的作用,例如防雨和类似这样的作用。外伸的凸缘64通过螺钉固定到壁板和立柱上(参看图9)。
立柱4的横截面(图10)具有下列尺寸:

本发明人已测量了本发明的空气调节柜在变化的条件下的外部凝结和内部凝结,其中图11示出了外部凝结的水平,图12示出了空气调节柜的内部凝结的水平。

Claims (19)

1.用于将空气调节柜的一个或多个壁板相互联接在一起的部件的组件,该组件包括:
一个壁(18),该壁的横截面为L形,并且所述壁(18)又包括:
一个外壁部分(20)和一个内壁部分(22),该外壁部分和内壁部分(20,22)通过一个没有绝热材料的第一个间隔(24)被分隔开,所述组件进一步包括:
一个或多个连接到所述壁上并由此处延伸的固定的型材部分(32),该型材部分可与一空气调节柜的壁板连接且所述壁不与形成空气调节柜内壁的壁板侧面相接触,由此使固定的型材(32)与壁(18)连接,从而使所述固定的型材(32)及内壁部分和外壁部分(22,20)的组合物的横截面为方形,由此内壁部分(22)和固定的型材(32)围成一个第二个间隔,该第二个间隔充满绝热材料(34),从而可具有低的热传导系数,由此可以避免柜内和柜外的凝结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于:所述型材部分从所述壁延伸到一个用于连接到一空气调节柜壁板上的连接件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,进一步包括用于将型材部分锁定到所述壁上的锁定装置。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,进一步包括一个在外壁部分与内壁部分之间延伸的加强支撑。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于:所述壁是被挤压而成的。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于:所述壁和所述型材具有不同的热传导系数。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于:所述壁由铝制成。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于:所述型材由合成材料制成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的组件,其特征在于:所述合成材料为塑料。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于:绝热装置包括聚氨酯泡沫塑料。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于:所述连接件设有用于将所述型材锁定于其上的锁定装置。
12.根据权利要求11所述的组件,其特征在于:所述连接件包括一个或多个沿空气调节柜的壁板延伸的凸缘。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于:外壁部分设有用于容纳螺钉的容纳装置。
14.根据权利要求13所述的组件,其特征在于:所述组件被安装在所述柜的每个转角处。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的组件,进一步包括:
一个包括一个或多个连续的、平放的框架组件的底架;
一个或多个可固定到底架上的壁板,一个或多个框架部件可被固定到该底架上;并且一个相应的壁板可被固定到所述底架上。
16.根据权利要求15所述的组件,进一步包括一个门,该门又包括:
一个外壁,
一个内壁,
安装在这些壁之间的绝热装置;以及
一个从门伸出以在关闭门时与一个柜板接触的橡胶类型材,其中安装所述门以便可具有低的热传导系数,从而可以基本上避免柜内和柜外的凝结。
17.根据权利要求16所述的组件,进一步包括用于将橡胶类型材固定到门上的固定装置。
18.根据权利要求17所述的组件,其特征在于:所述门具有与权利要求1-12中任何一项所述的组件相同的热传导率。
19.根据权利要求18所述的组件,其特征在于:所述门借助于一铰链安装到所述空气调节柜上。
