本发明涉及湿巾领域,尤其涉及一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法。
背景技术
婴儿湿巾的消耗量很大,仅次于纸尿裤,许多宝妈在购物时经常会买一大堆屯着,但湿巾的保质期通常是一年半左右。婴儿湿巾中不应含有酒精、香精等成分,这些成分往往具有刺激性,容易诱发皮肤过敏。传统的湿巾,为了延长保质期,往往会添加一些防腐剂,例如尼伯金酯类、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、戊二醛等等,这些物质具有一定的防腐作用,但其最大用量都有严格的限制,超过一定的量则容易对婴幼儿的身体产生伤害。
中国专利申请号201510728241.2公开了一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:(1)将蜂胶去除杂质后在-2℃以下的温度下冷冻45h~52h;并将冷冻后的蜂胶快速放入粉碎机中粉碎并过100-120目筛过滤;(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物加入乙醇溶液并在26℃~28℃的温度下浸渍7h~9h,而后静置3h~4h后取出上层清夜,余下物质再加乙醇溶液继续浸渍、静置,如此重复至少三次,然后合并各次得到的上层清夜得到蜂蜜提取物;(3)在步骤(2)得到的蜂蜜提取物中再加入一定比例的丙二醇、甘油和EDI超纯水混匀并作均质处理得基液,备用;(4)取裁剪、灭菌后的无纺布用步骤(3)所得基液浸渍30分钟;(5)将取出的吸附有基液的湿巾基体悬挂在空中,并用紫外线辐照杀菌消毒;(6)将杀菌消毒后的湿巾装入已灭菌处理过的配套塑料袋内封装,即得成品;所述一种婴儿湿巾,按质量百分比,其包括以下组分:蜂蜜提取物2~5%,丙二醇0.4-0.6%,甘油0.4-0.6%,其余为EDI超纯水;所述蜂胶与乙醇的体积比为1:4~5;所述乙醇溶液的质量百分比浓度为85%~95%。
上述湿巾的药液中添加有蜂蜜提取物和甘油,具有一定的滋润作用,但其抑菌效果不佳且容易变质,存放时间不久。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提供一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,解决现有技术的湿巾制备方法获得的产品刺激性大、易变质、抑菌效果不佳的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)湿巾载体的制备:
a、聚乳酸共聚物、壳聚糖、碳酸钙粉末混合均匀后,进行真空干燥处理;
b、送入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,加工成纤维;
c、将纤维铺网,经水刺处理后加工成水刺无纺布;
(2)湿巾药液的配制:
a、原料组分的选择:以纯净水、润肤保湿剂、植物提取液为原料组分,按照润肤保湿剂:植物提取液:纯净水=0.1-0.5:0.2-0.6:1的重量比预先配置好各原料组分;
其中,所述润肤保湿剂由多元醇与山茶油按10-20:1的重量比混合而成;
所述植物提取液为甘草提取物、肉桂提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物按1:1-2:2-3的重量比混合而成;所述甘草提取物、肉桂提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物均是通过添加无水乙醇,进行恒温水浴48-50h后过滤、离心,蒸发处理而得;
b、将各原料组分投入到反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀,即得到湿巾药液;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的水刺无纺布在线传输、折叠、施加药液、分切、堆叠、包装。
进一步的:所述步骤(1)中,所述聚乳酸共聚物、壳聚糖、碳酸钙粉末的用量比以重量份计=1-3:0.5-1:0.1-0.3。
进一步的:所述多元醇为丙二醇、乙二醇、丙三醇、丁二醇中的任意一种或两种以上以任意比组合的混合物。
进一步的:所述湿巾药液的原料组分还包括无患子提取物和茶多酚。
进一步的:所述无患子提取物和茶多酚为纯净水重的1-3wt%、2-5wt%。
进一步的:所述无患子提取物中含有无患子皂苷的质量比大于6%。

通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明采用配方为纯净水、润肤保湿剂、植物提取液,成分简单,对皮肤无刺激,婴儿使用舒适,不会出现过敏情况。
2、本发明的甘草提取物、肉桂提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物能够使细菌的结构变得散乱,使细胞质流出,发生组织变质,使细菌的细胞被破坏,进而实现杀菌的作用。
3、本发明的润肤保湿剂为多元醇与山茶油组合而成,山茶油具有滋润肌肤的功能,能够被多元醇分散,同时多元醇还能发挥保湿的作用。
4、进一步的,本发明的湿巾药液中还含有无患子提取物,无患子提取物中的无患子皂苷具有降低表面张力的作用,能够清洁婴幼儿的皮肤,具有一定的清洁作用。且无患子提取物与甘草提取物、肉桂提取物及葡萄柚果皮提取物共存时,能够增强湿巾的抗菌效果。
5、采用本发明获得的湿巾,保质期达2年以上,保质期较长。
6、本发明的湿巾载体以聚乳酸共聚物、壳聚糖、碳酸钙粉末为原材料,聚乳酸共聚物和壳聚糖均为可生物降解的物质,以此为原材料制成的湿巾载体具有可降解性能,对环境无污染,较为环保。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)湿巾载体的制备:
a、将聚乳酸共聚物、壳聚糖、目数为1000的碳酸钙粉末按重量比=1:0.5:0.1混合均匀后,进行真空干燥处理;
b、送入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,加工成纤维;
c、将纤维铺网,经水刺处理后加工成水刺无纺布;
(2)湿巾药液的配制:
a、原料组分的选择:以纯净水、润肤保湿剂、植物提取液为原料组分,按照润肤保湿剂:植物提取液:纯净水=0.1:0.2:1的重量比预先配置好各原料组分;
其中,所述润肤保湿剂由丙二醇与山茶油按10:1的重量比混合而成;
所述植物提取液为甘草提取物、肉桂提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物按1:1:2的重量比混合而成;所述甘草提取物、肉桂提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物均是通过添加无水乙醇,进行恒温水浴48h后过滤、离心,蒸发处理而得;
具体的,分别将甘草、肉桂、葡萄柚果皮清洗干净后,干燥处理,粉碎后加入无水乙醇,在50℃的恒温水浴中处理48h,再进行过滤、离心、蒸发处理,即获得甘草提取物、肉桂提取物和葡萄柚果皮提取物。
b、进行紫外杀菌处理1h;
c、将各原料组分投入到反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀,即得到湿巾药液;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的水刺无纺布在线传输、折叠、施加药液、分切、堆叠、包装。

(1)湿巾载体的制备:
a、将聚乳酸共聚物、壳聚糖、目数为2000的碳酸钙粉末按重量比=2:0.8:0.2,混合均匀后,进行真空干燥处理;
b、送入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,加工成纤维;
c、将纤维铺网,经水刺处理后加工成水刺无纺布;
(2)湿巾药液的配制:
a、原料组分的选择:以纯净水、润肤保湿剂、植物提取液为原料组分,按照润肤保湿剂:植物提取液:纯净水=0.3:0.4:1的重量比预先配置好各原料组分;
其中,所述润肤保湿剂由乙二醇与山茶油按15:1的重量比混合而成;
所述植物提取液为甘草提取物、肉桂提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物、无患子提取物按1:1.5:2.5:5的重量比混合而成;所述甘草提取物、肉桂提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物均是通过添加无水乙醇,进行恒温水浴49h后过滤、离心,蒸发处理而得;所述无患子提取物中含有无患子皂苷的质量为7%;
b、将各原料组分投入到反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀,即得到湿巾药液;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的水刺无纺布在线传输、折叠、施加药液、分切、堆叠、包装。
实施例三
一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)湿巾载体的制备:
a、将聚乳酸共聚物、壳聚糖、碳酸钙粉末按重量比=3:1:0.3混合均匀后,进行真空干燥处理;
b、送入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,加工成纤维;
c、将纤维铺网,经水刺处理后加工成水刺无纺布;
(2)湿巾药液的配制:
a、原料组分的选择:以纯净水、润肤保湿剂、植物提取液、茶多酚、洋甘菊提取物为原料组分,按照润肤保湿剂:植物提取液:茶多酚:纯净水=0.5:0.6:0.05:0.0:3:1的重量比预先配置好各原料组分,进行紫外杀菌处理2h;
其中,所述润肤保湿剂由丙三醇与山茶油按20:1的重量比混合而成;
所述植物提取液为甘草提取物、肉桂提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物、无患子提取物按1:2:3:4的重量比混合而成;所述甘草提取物、肉桂提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物、无患子提取物均是通过添加无水乙醇,进行恒温水浴50h后过滤、离心,蒸发处理而得;
b、将各原料组分投入到反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀,即得到湿巾药液;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的水刺无纺布在线传输、折叠、施加药液、分切、堆叠、包装。
本实施例的湿巾,由于施加的药液中具有茶多酚,在婴儿的皮肤表面擦拭后能够形成一层保护层,具有一定的抗氧化防晒效果,适合外出使用。
对比例一
一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)湿巾载体的制备:
a、将聚乳酸共聚物、PP母粒、碳酸钙粉末按重量比=2:0.8:0.2,混合均匀后,进行真空干燥处理;
b、送入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,加工成纤维;
c、将纤维铺网,经水刺处理后加工成水刺无纺布;
(2)湿巾药液的配制:
a、原料组分的选择:以纯净水、润肤保湿剂为原料组分,按照润肤保湿剂:纯净水=0.3:1的重量比预先配置好各原料组分;
其中,所述润肤保湿剂由乙二醇与山茶油按15:1的重量比混合而成;
b、将各原料组分投入到反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀,即得到湿巾药液;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的水刺无纺布在线传输、折叠、施加药液、分切、堆叠、包装。
与实施例一相比,本对比例的湿巾药液没有添加植物提取液。
用于说明,植物提取液具有抑菌杀菌作用。
对比例二
与实施例一相比,所述植物提取液为甘草提取物、肉桂提取物按1:1的重量比混合而成,即少了葡萄柚提取物,其他技术方案与实施例一相同。
对比例三
与实施例一相比,所述植物提取液为甘草提取物与葡萄柚提取物按1:2的重量比混合而成,即少了肉桂提取物,其他技术方案与实施例一相同。
对比例四
与实施例一相比,本对比例的所述植物提取液为肉桂提取物与葡萄柚提取物按1:2的重量比混合而成,即少了甘草提取物,其他技术方案与实施例一相同。
对本发明实施例及对比例的湿巾性能进行检测,结果如下表:
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)湿巾载体的制备:
a、聚乳酸共聚物、壳聚糖、碳酸钙粉末混合均匀后,进行真空干燥处理;
b、送入螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,加工成纤维;
c、将纤维铺网,经水刺处理后加工成水刺无纺布;
(2)湿巾药液的配制:
a、原料组分的选择:以纯净水、润肤保湿剂、植物提取液为原料组分,按照润肤保湿剂:植物提取液:纯净水=0.1-0.5:0.2-0.6:1的重量比预先配置好各原料组分;
其中,所述润肤保湿剂由多元醇与山茶油按10-20:1的重量比混合而成;
所述植物提取液为甘草提取物、肉桂提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物按1:1-2:2-3的重量比混合而成;所述甘草提取物、肉桂提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物均是通过添加无水乙醇,进行恒温水浴48-50h后过滤、离心,蒸发处理而得;
b、将各原料组分投入到反应釜中,混合搅拌均匀,即得到湿巾药液;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的水刺无纺布在线传输、折叠、施加药液、分切、堆叠、包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,所述聚乳酸共聚物、壳聚糖、碳酸钙粉末的用量比以重量份计=1-3:0.5-1:0.1-0.3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述多元醇为丙二醇、乙二醇、丙三醇、丁二醇中的任意一种或两种以上以任意比组合的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述湿巾药液的原料组分还包括无患子提取物和茶多酚。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述无患子提取物和茶多酚为纯净水重的1-3wt%、2-5wt%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述无患子提取物中含有无患子皂苷的质量比大于6%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述碳酸钙为1000-3000目。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:湿巾药液在投入反应釜前预先进行紫外线杀菌处理1-2h。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述湿巾药液中还含有洋甘菊提取物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种婴儿湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述洋甘菊提取物的用量为纯水的1-5wt%。
