技术领域
本发明涉及湿巾制备技术领域，具体是一种抗菌湿巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
湿巾是选用湿强柔纤高渗透性基材，经折叠、加湿、包装制成一次性清洁卫生用品，因其具有清洁、保湿皮肤的基本功能以及便于携带等特点成为人们日常生活中必不可少的清洁用品。以前多用于如民航、酒店、餐馆、展会等商务及接待场所，近几年来随着人们生活水平的提高，湿巾的个人消费量逐渐增多，主要应用于旅行、旅游等户外用水不方便的场合，还有家庭婴幼儿的清洁护理等。湿巾产品正向多品类及适用的多途径。
在湿巾的生产过程中，空气中的细菌和霉菌类容易混入污染，造成湿巾在保存过程中容易出现微生物繁殖。如果使用了微生物超标的湿巾，会进一步降低皮肤的卫生状况。目前，湿巾中通常使用甲基异噻唑啉酮，甲基氯异噻唑啉酮，卞索氯胺及氯化十六烷基吡啶等化学杀菌剂，但是此类化学杀菌剂中等毒性，有刺激性，不适于擦拭口鼻、脖颈等皮肤娇嫩的部位。另外，为了避免使用甲基异噻唑啉酮，甲基氯异噻唑啉酮，卞索氯胺及氯化十六烷基吡啶等具有毒性的防腐剂，又要达到抑制细菌和真菌类繁殖的目的，现有技术通常向湿巾中加入高浓度的乙醇。然而，当乙醇浓度超过50％，皮肤脆弱的人在使用含有该浓度乙醇的湿巾时，会出现皮肤表层皮脂溶解过多的现象，造成皮肤干燥，甚至导致过敏反应。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌湿巾及其制备方法，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种抗菌湿巾，包括湿巾本体以及湿巾液体，所述湿巾液体由以下重量份的成分组成：去离子水50-100份、表面活性剂4-8份、维生素E1-5份、芦荟提取液4-9份、柠檬酸0.5-1.5份、甘油2-8份、增溶剂0.6-1.6份、冰片0.8-2份、水溶性壳聚糖0.1-0.8份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.05-0.1份、醋酸洗必泰0.1-0.8份、中药提取液1-6份、保湿剂3-9份。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述湿巾液体由以下重量份的成分组成：去离子水75份、表面活性剂6份、维生素E 3份、芦荟提取液7份、柠檬酸1份、甘油5份、增溶剂1份、冰片1.2份、水溶性壳聚糖0.5份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.07份、醋酸洗必泰0.5份、中药提取液4份、保湿剂6份。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述保湿剂为山梨醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇或尿囊素中的一种或多种组合。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述湿巾本体为水刺无纺布。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述增溶剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯胺或聚氧乙烯酰胺中的任意一种或多种组合。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述中药提取液的制备方法为：将苦参、甘草、蛇床子、黄芩、大青叶、鱼腥草、陈皮、连翘按照质量比3:2:1:2:2:1:1:1混合，浸泡于10倍质量的水中4-7小时，加入3倍质量的1,2-丙二醇，蒸煮两次，过滤，澄清、浓缩至1/3-1/5。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述水溶性壳聚糖为羧甲基壳聚糖。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述表面活性剂采用山梨醇月桂酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇、聚山梨酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
一种抗菌湿巾的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1)按照配方称取去离子水、表面活性剂、维生素E、芦荟提取液、柠檬酸、甘油、增溶剂、冰片、水溶性壳聚糖、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、醋酸洗必泰、中药提取液、保湿剂，备用；
2)将表面活性剂、维生素E、芦荟提取液、甘油混合后搅拌均匀，得到第一混合液，搅拌速度为900-1200r/min，混合温度为25-30℃，搅拌时间为15-25min；
3)将增溶剂、冰片、水溶性壳聚糖、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、醋酸洗必泰、中药提取液、保湿剂加入去离子水中，搅拌均匀，得到第二混合液，搅拌速度为1100-1500r/min，混合温度为30-40℃，搅拌时间为20-35min；
4)将所述第二混合液加入到第一混合液中，搅拌混匀，并滴加柠檬酸，将PH调节至5.0-7.0，得到抗菌液，搅拌速度为1000-1300r/min，混合温度为25-35℃，搅拌时间为10-20min；
5)将块状无纺布浸泡在抗菌液内4-8小时直至块状无纺布浸泡饱和；
6)取出浸泡至饱和的无纺布，进行超声处理后，在无菌环境下，将该浸泡至饱和的无纺布折叠后真空包装，得到该抗菌湿巾。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：一种抗菌湿巾：
1)本发明中的中药提取液通过将苦参、甘草、蛇床子、黄芩、大青叶、鱼腥草、陈皮、连翘联合使用，在多种成分复配情况下，起到增效抑菌的作用，其效果明显好于单独添加其中一成分，或两两成分配合具有清热燥湿、芳香化浊、可防止微生物感染，使用时具有清洁、舒适、保健作用、本发明的药物组合物具抑菌除菌作用，对皮肤膜无任何刺激性及副作用，气味芳香、携带方便，效果优于现有技术；
2)本发明中醋酸洗必泰是一种浅表抗菌剂，性质温和，与中药液配合使用，抗抑菌效果佳。产品pH值为5.0-7.0，有利于提高产品的稳定性，中药提取时采用1,2-丙二醇来替代乙醇，不仅可以提取中药中的脂溶性物质，而且无需回收步骤，降低了生产；
3)本发明中的苍术油、小檗碱、桉叶油、冰片、薄荷脑五种成分联合使用，具有清热燥湿、芳香化浊、可防止微生物感染，使用时具有清洁、舒适、保健作用；
4)本发明中含有维生素E、芦荟提取液、冰片以及水溶性壳聚糖，具有清热燥湿、芳香化浊、可防止微生物感染，使用时具有清洁、舒适、保健作用。
具体实施方式
本发明中的中药提取液通过将苦参、甘草、蛇床子、黄芩、大青叶、鱼腥草、陈皮、连翘联合使用，在多种成分复配情况下，起到增效抑菌的作用，其效果明显好于单独添加其中一成分，或两两成分配合具有清热燥湿、芳香化浊、可防止微生物感染，使用时具有清洁、舒适、保健作用、本发明的药物组合物具抑菌除菌作用，对皮肤膜无任何刺激性及副作用，气味芳香、携带方便，效果优于现有技术。

按照配方称取去离子水60份、表面活性剂5份、维生素E 2份、芦荟提取液5份、柠檬酸0.7份、甘油4份、增溶剂0.8份、冰片1份、水溶性壳聚糖0.3份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.06份、醋酸洗必泰0.3份、中药提取液2份、保湿剂4份，备用，所述保湿剂为丙二醇，所述增溶剂为聚氧乙烯胺，所述中药提取液的制备方法为：将苦参、甘草、蛇床子、黄芩、大青叶、鱼腥草、陈皮、连翘按照质量比3:2:1:2:2:1:1:1混合，浸泡于10倍质量的水中5小时，加入3倍质量的1,2-丙二醇，蒸煮两次，过滤，澄清、浓缩至1/3-1/5，所述表面活性剂采用聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇；将表面活性剂、维生素E、芦荟提取液、甘油混合后搅拌均匀，得到第一混合液，搅拌速度为1000r/min，混合温度为26℃，搅拌时间为18min；将增溶剂、冰片、水溶性壳聚糖、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、醋酸洗必泰、中药提取液、保湿剂加入去离子水中，搅拌均匀，得到第二混合液，搅拌速度为1200r/min，混合温度为32℃，搅拌时间为22min；将所述第二混合液加入到第一混合液中，搅拌混匀，并滴加柠檬酸，将PH调节至6.0，得到抗菌液，搅拌速度为1100r/min，混合温度为30℃，搅拌时间为15min；将块状无纺布浸泡在抗菌液内5小时直至块状无纺布浸泡饱和；取出浸泡至饱和的无纺布，进行超声处理后，在无菌环境下，将该浸泡至饱和的无纺布折叠后真空包装，得到该抗菌湿巾。

按照配方称取去离子水70份、表面活性剂6份、维生素E 3份、芦荟提取液6份、柠檬酸0.9份、甘油5份、增溶剂1份、冰片1.2份、水溶性壳聚糖0.5份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.07份、醋酸洗必泰0.4份、中药提取液3份、保湿剂5份，备用，所述保湿剂为聚乙二醇，所述增溶剂为聚氧乙烯酰胺，所述中药提取液的制备方法为：将苦参、甘草、蛇床子、黄芩、大青叶、鱼腥草、陈皮、连翘按照质量比3:2:1:2:2:1:1:1混合，浸泡于10倍质量的水中6小时，加入3倍质量的1,2-丙二醇，蒸煮两次，过滤，澄清、浓缩至1/3-1/5，所述表面活性剂采用聚山梨酸酯；将表面活性剂、维生素E、芦荟提取液、甘油混合后搅拌均匀，得到第一混合液，搅拌速度为1100r/min，混合温度为27℃，搅拌时间为19min；将增溶剂、冰片、水溶性壳聚糖、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、醋酸洗必泰、中药提取液、保湿剂加入去离子水中，搅拌均匀，得到第二混合液，搅拌速度为1300r/min，混合温度为35℃，搅拌时间为25min；将所述第二混合液加入到第一混合液中，搅拌混匀，并滴加柠檬酸，将PH调节至7.0，得到抗菌液，搅拌速度为1200r/min，混合温度为32℃，搅拌时间为16min；将块状无纺布浸泡在抗菌液内5小时直至块状无纺布浸泡饱和；取出浸泡至饱和的无纺布，进行超声处理后，在无菌环境下，将该浸泡至饱和的无纺布折叠后真空包装，得到该抗菌湿巾。
实施例4
按照配方称取去离子水80份、表面活性剂7份、维生素E 4份、芦荟提取液7份、柠檬酸1份、甘油6份、增溶剂1.2份、冰片1.4份、水溶性壳聚糖0.7份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.08份、醋酸洗必泰0.5份、中药提取液4份、保湿剂6份，备用，所述保湿剂为尿囊素，所述增溶剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与聚氧乙烯胺的混合物，所述中药提取液的制备方法为：将苦参、甘草、蛇床子、黄芩、大青叶、鱼腥草、陈皮、连翘按照质量比3:2:1:2:2:1:1:1混合，浸泡于10倍质量的水中7小时，加入3倍质量的1,2-丙二醇，蒸煮两次，过滤，澄清、浓缩至1/3-1/5，所述表面活性剂采用失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯；将表面活性剂、维生素E、芦荟提取液、甘油混合后搅拌均匀，得到第一混合液，搅拌速度为1200r/min，混合温度为28℃，搅拌时间为21min；将增溶剂、冰片、水溶性壳聚糖、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、醋酸洗必泰、中药提取液、保湿剂加入去离子水中，搅拌均匀，得到第二混合液，搅拌速度为1400r/min，混合温度为37℃，搅拌时间为28min；将所述第二混合液加入到第一混合液中，搅拌混匀，并滴加柠檬酸，将PH调节至6.0，得到抗菌液，搅拌速度为1300r/min，混合温度为33℃，搅拌时间为18min；将块状无纺布浸泡在抗菌液内6小时直至块状无纺布浸泡饱和；取出浸泡至饱和的无纺布，进行超声处理后，在无菌环境下，将该浸泡至饱和的无纺布折叠后真空包装，得到该抗菌湿巾。

按照配方称取去离子水75份、表面活性剂6份、维生素E 3份、芦荟提取液7份、柠檬酸1份、甘油5份、增溶剂1份、冰片1.2份、水溶性壳聚糖0.5份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.07份、醋酸洗必泰0.5份、中药提取液4份、保湿剂6份，备用，所述保湿剂为山梨醇与丙二醇的混合物，所述增溶剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与聚氧乙烯酰胺的混合物，所述中药提取液的制备方法为：将苦参、甘草、蛇床子、黄芩、大青叶、鱼腥草、陈皮、连翘按照质量比3:2:1:2:2:1:1:1混合，浸泡于10倍质量的水中6小时，加入3倍质量的1,2-丙二醇，蒸煮两次，过滤，澄清、浓缩至1/3-1/5，所述表面活性剂采用山梨醇月桂酸酯与聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇的混合物；将表面活性剂、维生素E、芦荟提取液、甘油混合后搅拌均匀，得到第一混合液，搅拌速度为1000r/min，混合温度为29℃，搅拌时间为23min；将增溶剂、冰片、水溶性壳聚糖、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、醋酸洗必泰、中药提取液、保湿剂加入去离子水中，搅拌均匀，得到第二混合液，搅拌速度为1200r/min，混合温度为38℃，搅拌时间为31min；将所述第二混合液加入到第一混合液中，搅拌混匀，并滴加柠檬酸，将PH调节至5.0，得到抗菌液，搅拌速度为1100r/min，混合温度为30℃，搅拌时间为16min；将块状无纺布浸泡在抗菌液内7小时直至块状无纺布浸泡饱和；取出浸泡至饱和的无纺布，进行超声处理后，在无菌环境下，将该浸泡至饱和的无纺布折叠后真空包装，得到该抗菌湿巾。
实施例6
按照配方称取去离子水100份、表面活性剂8份、维生素E 5份、芦荟提取液9份、柠檬酸1.5份、甘油8份、增溶剂1.6份、冰片2份、水溶性壳聚糖0.8份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯1份、醋酸洗必泰0.8份、中药提取液6份、保湿剂9份，备用，所述保湿剂为尿囊素，所述增溶剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与聚氧乙烯胺的混合物，所述中药提取液的制备方法为：将苦参、甘草、蛇床子、黄芩、大青叶、鱼腥草、陈皮、连翘按照质量比3:2:1:2:2:1:1:1混合，浸泡于10倍质量的水中7小时，加入3倍质量的1,2-丙二醇，蒸煮两次，过滤，澄清、浓缩至1/3-1/5，所述表面活性剂采用失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯；将表面活性剂、维生素E、芦荟提取液、甘油混合后搅拌均匀，得到第一混合液，搅拌速度为1200r/min，混合温度为30℃，搅拌时间为25min；将增溶剂、冰片、水溶性壳聚糖、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、醋酸洗必泰、中药提取液、保湿剂加入去离子水中，搅拌均匀，得到第二混合液，搅拌速度为1500r/min，混合温度为40℃，搅拌时间为35min；将所述第二混合液加入到第一混合液中，搅拌混匀，并滴加柠檬酸，将PH调节至7.0，得到抗菌液，搅拌速度为1300r/min，混合温度为35℃，搅拌时间为20min；将块状无纺布浸泡在抗菌液内8小时直至块状无纺布浸泡饱和；取出浸泡至饱和的无纺布，进行超声处理后，在无菌环境下，将该浸泡至饱和的无纺布折叠后真空包装，得到该抗菌湿巾。
实施例7
按照配方称取去离子水70份、表面活性剂6份、维生素E 3份、芦荟提取液6份、柠檬酸0.9份、甘油5份、增溶剂1份、冰片1.2份、水溶性壳聚糖0.5份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.07份、醋酸洗必泰0.4份、中药提取液3份、保湿剂5份，备用，所述保湿剂为聚乙二醇，所述增溶剂为聚氧乙烯酰胺，所述中药提取液的制备方法为：将苦参、甘草、蛇床子、黄芩、大青叶、鱼腥草、陈皮、连翘按照质量比3:2:1:2:2:1:1:1混合，浸泡于10倍质量的水中4小时，加入3倍质量的1,2-丙二醇，蒸煮两次，过滤，澄清、浓缩至1/3-1/5，所述表面活性剂采用失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯；将表面活性剂、维生素E、芦荟提取液、甘油混合后搅拌均匀，得到第一混合液，搅拌速度为1100r/min，混合温度为30℃，搅拌时间为25min；将增溶剂、冰片、水溶性壳聚糖、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、醋酸洗必泰、中药提取液、保湿剂加入去离子水中，搅拌均匀，得到第二混合液，搅拌速度为1300r/min，混合温度为35℃，搅拌时间为30min；将所述第二混合液加入到第一混合液中，搅拌混匀，并滴加柠檬酸，将PH调节至7.0，得到抗菌液，搅拌速度为1200r/min，混合温度为30℃，搅拌时间为20min；将块状无纺布浸泡在抗菌液内8小时直至块状无纺布浸泡饱和；取出浸泡至饱和的无纺布，进行超声处理后，在无菌环境下，将该浸泡至饱和的无纺布折叠后真空包装，得到该抗菌湿巾。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例5的不同之处在于，对比例1中不含中药提取液，其余均与实施例5相同。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例5的不同之处在于，对比例2中不含醋酸洗必泰，其余均与实施例5相同。
对比例3
对比例3与实施例5的不同之处在于，对比例3中不含中药提取液以及洗必泰，其余均与实施例5相同。
测试例：
参照《GB15979-2002一次性卫生用品卫生标准》附录C《产品杀菌性能、抑菌性能与稳定性测试方法》对湿巾进行杀菌率试验，作用时间为5分钟。
综上所述：本发明中的中药提取液通过将苦参、甘草、蛇床子、黄芩、大青叶、鱼腥草、陈皮、连翘联合使用，在多种成分复配情况下，起到增效抑菌的作用，其效果明显好于单独添加其中一成分，或两两成分配合具有清热燥湿、芳香化浊、可防止微生物感染，使用时具有清洁、舒适、保健作用、本发明的药物组合物具抑菌除菌作用，对皮肤膜无任何刺激性及副作用，气味芳香、携带方便，效果优于现有技术，本发明中醋酸洗必泰是一种浅表抗菌剂，性质温和，与中药液配合使用，抗抑菌效果佳，产品pH值为5.0-7.0，有利于提高产品的稳定性，中药提取时采用1,2-丙二醇来替代乙醇，不仅可以提取中药中的脂溶性物质，而且无需回收步骤，降低了生产。
上面对本发明的较佳实施方式作了详细说明，但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式，在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内，还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。
Claims (9)
1.一种抗菌湿巾，其特征在于，抗菌湿巾包括湿巾本体以及湿巾液体，所述湿巾液体由以下重量份的成分组成：去离子水50-100份、表面活性剂4-8份、维生素E1-5份、芦荟提取液4-9份、柠檬酸0.5-1.5份、甘油2-8份、增溶剂0.6-1.6份、冰片0.8-2份、水溶性壳聚糖0.1-0.8份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.05-0.1份、醋酸洗必泰0.1-0.8份、中药提取液1-6份、保湿剂3-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌湿巾，其特征在于，所述湿巾液体由以下重量份的成分组成：去离子水75份、表面活性剂6份、维生素E 3份、芦荟提取液7份、柠檬酸1份、甘油5份、增溶剂1份、冰片1.2份、水溶性壳聚糖0.5份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.07份、醋酸洗必泰0.5份、中药提取液4份、保湿剂6份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗菌湿巾，其特征在于，所述保湿剂为山梨醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇或尿囊素中的一种或多种组合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌湿巾，其特征在于，所述湿巾本体为水刺无纺布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌湿巾，其特征在于，所述增溶剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯胺或聚氧乙烯酰胺中的任意一种或多种组合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌湿巾，其特征在于，所述中药提取液的制备方法为：将苦参、甘草、蛇床子、黄芩、大青叶、鱼腥草、陈皮、连翘按照质量比3:2:1:2:2:1:1:1混合，浸泡于10倍质量的水中4-7小时，加入3倍质量的1,2-丙二醇，蒸煮两次，过滤，澄清、浓缩至1/3-1/5。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗菌湿巾，其特征在于，所述水溶性壳聚糖为羧甲基壳聚糖。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗菌湿巾，其特征在于，所述表面活性剂采用山梨醇月桂酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇、聚山梨酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一所述的抗菌湿巾的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)按照配方称取去离子水、表面活性剂、维生素E、芦荟提取液、柠檬酸、甘油、增溶剂、冰片、水溶性壳聚糖、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、醋酸洗必泰、中药提取液、保湿剂，备用；
2)将表面活性剂、维生素E、芦荟提取液、甘油混合后搅拌均匀，得到第一混合液，搅拌速度为900-1200r/min，混合温度为25-30℃，搅拌时间为15-25min；
3)将增溶剂、冰片、水溶性壳聚糖、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、醋酸洗必泰、中药提取液、保湿剂加入去离子水中，搅拌均匀，得到第二混合液，搅拌速度为1100-1500r/min，混合温度为30-40℃，搅拌时间为20-35min；
4)将所述第二混合液加入到第一混合液中，搅拌混匀，并滴加柠檬酸，将PH调节至5.0-7.0，得到抗菌液，搅拌速度为1000-1300r/min，混合温度为25-35℃，搅拌时间为10-20min；
5)将块状无纺布浸泡在抗菌液内4-8小时直至块状无纺布浸泡饱和；
6)取出浸泡至饱和的无纺布，进行超声处理后，在无菌环境下，将该浸泡至饱和的无纺布折叠后真空包装，得到该抗菌湿巾。
