本发明涉及防霉剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种蒙脱石防霉剂的制备方法。
背景技术
霉菌毒素是指霉菌在其所污染的食品中产生的有毒代谢产物,它们可通过饲料进入动物体内。饲料在储存、运输、销售和使用过程中,很容易发生霉变,大量生长和繁殖的霉菌污染饲料,不仅消耗饲料中的营养物质,使饲料质量下降,饲料报酬降低,而且畜禽食用后会引起腹泻、肠炎从而消化能力降低、淋巴功能下降等症状,损害机体的肝脏、肾脏、神经、造血及皮肤等组织,严重的甚至可造成死亡。
蒙脱石是2:1型含结晶水的硅铝酸盐矿物,它由两层硅氧四面体片中间夹一层铝氧八面体片构成;其最基本结构层的构造是硅氧四面体片通过共用氧原子与铝氧八面体片连接在一起,硅氧四面体的全部顶氧原子都指向铝氧八面体。基于其特殊的结构组成,使蒙脱石具有较大的表面积及阳离子交换能力,添加蒙脱石已成为适合在大规模饲料生产中防霉脱霉措施的首选;蒙脱石强大的吸附力来自于超大的表面积与静电吸附,但天然蒙脱石本身层间距有限,对霉菌毒素的吸附具有选择性,对强极性的黄曲霉毒素具有良好的吸附性能,但对疏水、弱极性的霉菌(如玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素)等吸附、脱除效果较差,所以需对其进行改性来提高使用性能,扩大其应用范围,提升应用价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种蒙脱石防霉剂的制备方法,能够以简单、低成本的方法制备出无毒害的广谱防霉剂,防霉效果好且持久,有助于饲料的稳定储存,防止营养成分损失。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种蒙脱石防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)在反应釜中,将蒙脱石粉均匀分散在去离子水中,加入过氧化钙固体,搅拌反应,待无气体生成后,加入过量柠檬酸水溶液,继续搅拌反应,反应结束后,加入聚赖氨酸水溶液进行水热反应,反应结束后经过滤、离心、干燥处理,得到固体混合物;
该步骤中,过氧化钙与水反应生成氧气和氢氧化钙,对产生的氧气进行收集可以作为副产品应用到其他领域,同时氧气的产生能够将蒙脱石的层间距撑大,改善吸附性能;再通过氢氧化钙与过量柠檬酸的反应生成柠檬酸钙,柠檬酸钙添加在饲料中既是一种酸化剂也是一种钙源,可以促进动物胃酸分泌,降低胃肠道的排空速度,促进营养物质吸收,还能增强动物抗应激能力,改善动物体形和肉色,提高肉品品质;此外多余的柠檬酸还可酸化处理蒙脱石,促使蒙脱石层间的阳离子转变为酸的可溶性盐,从而削弱蒙脱石原层间的结合力,有利于蒙脱石层间晶格裂开,进一步加大层间距,有利于后续聚赖氨酸的插层,从而增加蒙脱石的比表面积和吸附能力;固体混合物中留存的柠檬酸还是一种天然防霉剂,可降低饲料的pH,使有害微生物的增殖及毒素的产生受到抑制,其作为抗氧化剂的增效剂,与饲料抗氧化剂混合使用,可提高抗氧化效果,阻止或延缓饲料氧化,提高配合饲料的稳定性并延长贮存期。
(b)将固体混合物与6-姜酚、荸荠皮提取物按比例混合均匀,即可。
步骤(a)中,分散蒙脱石粉时蒙脱石粉与去离子水的用量比为1g:100mL。

本发明的有益效果是:利用过氧化钙与水反应生成的氧气将蒙脱石的层间距撑大,再通过柠檬酸酸化处理蒙脱石,进一步削弱蒙脱石层间的结合力,促进聚赖氨酸的插层,同时利用聚赖氨酸的插层,使层间具备亲水亲油性,使得吸附能力显著增加,尤其是对疏水、弱极性的霉菌的吸附、脱除;通过聚赖氨酸、6-姜酚、荸荠皮提取物与蒙脱土的复配,利用各物质间的协同增效作用,进一步提升防霉能力,延长饲料的;且所得防霉剂中均为无毒无害成分,能够改善饲料的安全性,所含的柠檬酸钙还能够促进营养物质的吸收,促进动物的健康成长,生产过程中产生的氧气可作为副产物,提升生产制备的经济效益。

(a)在反应釜中,将蒙脱石粉均匀分散在去离子水中,加入过氧化钙固体,搅拌反应,待无气体生成后,加入过量柠檬酸水溶液,继续搅拌反应,反应结束后,加入聚赖氨酸水溶液于60℃下水热反应4h,反应结束后经过滤、离心、60℃干燥处理,得到固体混合物;
其中,分散蒙脱石粉时蒙脱石粉与去离子水的用量比为1g:100mL;过氧化钙的加入量为蒙脱石粉质量的3%;柠檬酸水溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L,过氧化钙与柠檬酸水溶液中柠檬酸的摩尔比为3:2.5;聚赖氨酸水溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L,蒙脱石粉与聚赖氨酸水溶液中聚赖氨酸的质量比为1:0.15。
(b)将固体混合物与6-姜酚、荸荠皮提取物按比例混合均匀,即可。其中6-姜酚添加量为蒙脱石粉质量的5%;荸荠皮提取物添加量为蒙脱石粉的3.6%。
实施例2
一种蒙脱石防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)在反应釜中,将蒙脱石粉均匀分散在去离子水中,加入过氧化钙固体,搅拌反应,待无气体生成后,加入过量柠檬酸水溶液,继续搅拌反应,反应结束后,加入聚赖氨酸水溶液于60℃下水热反应6h,反应结束后经过滤、离心、60℃干燥处理,得到固体混合物;
其中,分散蒙脱石粉时蒙脱石粉与去离子水的用量比为1g:100mL;过氧化钙的加入量为蒙脱石粉质量的5%;柠檬酸水溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L,过氧化钙与柠檬酸水溶液中柠檬酸的摩尔比为3:3;聚赖氨酸水溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L,蒙脱石粉与聚赖氨酸水溶液中聚赖氨酸的质量比为1:0.1。
(b)将固体混合物与6-姜酚、荸荠皮提取物按比例混合均匀,即可。其中6-姜酚添加量为蒙脱石粉质量的4.7%;荸荠皮提取物添加量为蒙脱石粉的2%。
实施例3
一种蒙脱石防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)在反应釜中,将蒙脱石粉均匀分散在去离子水中,加入过氧化钙固体,搅拌反应,待无气体生成后,加入过量柠檬酸水溶液,继续搅拌反应,反应结束后,加入聚赖氨酸水溶液于50℃下水热反应8h,反应结束后经过滤、离心、60℃干燥处理,得到固体混合物;
其中,分散蒙脱石粉时蒙脱石粉与去离子水的用量比为1g:100mL;过氧化钙的加入量为蒙脱石粉质量的4%;柠檬酸水溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L,过氧化钙与柠檬酸水溶液中柠檬酸的摩尔比为3:4;聚赖氨酸水溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L,蒙脱石粉与聚赖氨酸水溶液中聚赖氨酸的质量比为1:0.1。
(b)将固体混合物与6-姜酚、荸荠皮提取物按比例混合均匀,即可。其中6-姜酚添加量为蒙脱石粉质量的3%;荸荠皮提取物添加量为蒙脱石粉的5%。
实施例4
一种蒙脱石防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)在反应釜中,将蒙脱石粉均匀分散在去离子水中,加入过氧化钙固体,搅拌反应,待无气体生成后,加入过量柠檬酸水溶液,继续搅拌反应,反应结束后,加入聚赖氨酸水溶液于55℃下水热反应7h,反应结束后经过滤、离心、60℃干燥处理,得到固体混合物;
其中,分散蒙脱石粉时蒙脱石粉与去离子水的用量比为1g:100mL;过氧化钙的加入量为蒙脱石粉质量的3.5%;柠檬酸水溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L,过氧化钙与柠檬酸水溶液中柠檬酸的摩尔比为3:3;聚赖氨酸水溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L,蒙脱石粉与聚赖氨酸水溶液中聚赖氨酸的质量比为1:0.07。
(b)将固体混合物与6-姜酚、荸荠皮提取物按比例混合均匀,即可。其中6-姜酚添加量为蒙脱石粉质量的5.5%;荸荠皮提取物添加量为蒙脱石粉的4.2%。
对比例1
按实施例4的方法及配比制备蒙脱石防霉剂,不同之处在于步骤(a)改为:在反应釜中,将蒙脱石粉均匀分散在去离子水中,加入聚赖氨酸水溶液于55℃下水热反应7h,反应结束后经过滤、离心、60℃干燥处理;分散蒙脱石粉时蒙脱石粉与去离子水的用量比为1g:100mL;聚赖氨酸水溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L,蒙脱石粉与聚赖氨酸水溶液中聚赖氨酸的质量比为1:0.07。
对比例2
按实施例4的方法及配比制备蒙脱石防霉剂,不同之处在于步骤(a)改为:在反应釜中,将蒙脱石粉均匀分散在去离子水中,加入过氧化钙固体,搅拌反应,待无气体生成后,加入过量柠檬酸水溶液,继续搅拌反应,反应结束后经过滤、离心、60℃干燥处理,得到固体混合物;其中,分散蒙脱石粉时蒙脱石粉与去离子水的用量比为1g:100mL;过氧化钙的加入量为蒙脱石粉质量的3.5%;柠檬酸水溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L,过氧化钙与柠檬酸水溶液中柠檬酸的摩尔比为3:3。
对比例3
按实施例4的方法及配比制备蒙脱石防霉剂,不同之处在于:步骤(b)不添加6-姜酚。
对比例4
按实施例4的方法及配比制备蒙脱石防霉剂,不同之处在于:步骤(b)不添加荸荠皮提取物。
对实施例1-4及对比例1-4的蒙脱石防霉剂进行霉菌毒素吸附性能测试,结果如表1所示。对比实施例4和对比例1-4可知,氧气扩层改性、聚赖氨酸插层改性对蒙脱石的层间距具有协同扩增作用,可有效提升防霉性能,并且聚赖氨酸插层改性的比简单共混防霉效果更好,同时聚赖氨酸、6-姜酚、荸荠皮提取物复配具有协同增效作用,缺少任一成分都会降低防霉剂的性能。

Claims (2)
1.一种蒙脱石防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(a)在反应釜中,将蒙脱石粉均匀分散在去离子水中,加入过氧化钙固体,搅拌反应,待无气体生成后,加入过量柠檬酸水溶液,继续搅拌反应,反应结束后,加入聚赖氨酸水溶液进行水热反应,反应结束后经过滤、离心、干燥处理,得到固体混合物;水热反应温度为50-60℃,反应时间为4-8h;
过氧化钙的加入量为蒙脱石粉质量的3-5%;柠檬酸水溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L,过氧化钙与柠檬酸水溶液中柠檬酸的摩尔比为3:2.5-4;聚赖氨酸水溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L,蒙脱石粉与聚赖氨酸水溶液中聚赖氨酸的质量比为1:0.07-0.15;
(b)将固体混合物与6-姜酚、荸荠皮提取物按比例混合均匀,即可;6-姜酚添加量为蒙脱石粉质量的3-5.5%;荸荠皮提取物添加量为蒙脱石粉质量的2-5%。
2.如权利要求1所述一种蒙脱石防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(a)中,分散蒙脱石粉时蒙脱石粉与去离子水的用量比为1g:100mL。
