技术领域
本发明涉及一种给机动车电池充电的方法,尤其涉及一种具有电驱动装置的机动车,电池为该机动车提供电能。电驱动装置可以单独设置或者是包括内燃机的混合动力驱动装置的一部分。本发明还涉及根据权利要求4的前序部分所述的机动车。
背景技术
为了给这种机动车的电池充电,机动车驶向充电站。机动车具有连接件,例如触点接通插座,其与充电站的相应的连接件——例如插头联接。例如像从DE69414772T2中已知的那样,在充电期间一锁定件起作用,其阻止两个连接件彼此分离,即例如插头被从插座拉离。
为了打开机动车车门,传统的钥匙和无线电钥匙越来越多地被应答器钥匙替代:车辆驾驶员随身携带了由合适的元件保持的应答器。机动车持续地或重复地发射电磁射束。应答器接收电磁射束并接着发射电磁射束,即应答信号返回至机动车,机动车检测到该应答信号。应答信号尤其通常包括一标志,机动车从该标志能识别出该应答器。
在对具有电驱动装置的机动车的电池充电方面,由EP1995109A1已知,用于机动车的应答器钥匙也用于相对于充电站的授权。
与传统的给机动车添加燃料的过程相比,具有电驱动装置的机动车的电池或蓄电池的充电持续时间极长。不是总有这么长的时间供使用。也可能是机动车驾驶员已计划了较长时间的充电,然而突然需要使用机动车。因此,出现必须中断充电过程的情况。此前为中断充电过程提出了功能元件,例如机动车中或者充电站处的一种“停止按钮”。这种方案被证明是麻烦的。
US2009/0085522A1公开了一种能与机动车单元通信的便携式装置的应用,用以开始或结束电动车的充电过程。在该文献中,将便携式装置不与车辆单元通信的事实解释为操作者离开,由此开始充电。一旦再次能够通信,便将其解释为车辆驾驶员返回,车辆驾驶员希望车辆再次运行并结束充电。

发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,使机动车驾驶员容易/简单地中断充电过程。
根据本发明的一个方面该目的通过具有根据权利要求1所述的特征的方法实现,根据本发明的另一个方面该目的通过具有根据权利要求4所述的特征的机动车实现。
因此,根据本发明,在充电期间机动车持续地或反复地检测一预先确定的物体是否位于所述机动车附近,当该检测的结果是肯定的时,中断充电并解除在连接件之间的锁定作用,使得这两个连接件能彼此分开。
因此,车辆驾驶员仅需要随身携带该预先确定的物体,当带有预先确定的物体的车辆驾驶员靠近机动车时,机动车自动结束充电过程。因为充电过程持续时间很长,所以使用者通常首先离开机动车。在此,被视作继续行驶期望的标志是,车辆驾驶员再次来到机动车附近。
因此,对车辆驾驶员来说可能的是,例如当他希望从机动车取出物体时可以来到机动车附近却并不会长时间地结束充电,此外优选还检测,在取消锁定之后在预定的时间段期间连接件是否被彼此分开(即例如插头被拔出),且如果情况不是这样,那么锁定件再次起作用并继续充电。

具体实施方式
整体标记为“100”的机动车具有电驱动装置10,且应该可由驾驶员12操作。为了给电驱动装置10供给电能,车辆100具有电池14。该电池与具有电触点的插座16联接,通过该插座可为电池14充电。除电驱动装置外也可以还设有内燃机(未示出),在此情况下电驱动装置是混合动力驱动装置的一部分。
为了充电,机动车100驶进充电站18,充电站的、图1中标记为20且简化示出的线路通过把插头21插入而以该插头21与充电插座16联接。在正常状态下,在机动车的行驶期间,插座16被箱盖22封闭;图1中示出处于打开的状态的箱盖。

首先,机动车驾驶员12必须使机动车100运动到充电站18。为了使充电站18能通过线路20与插座16联接,箱盖22必须打开。在基本状态中,在机动车100的正常行驶期间,箱盖22被锁定元件32锁住。
在此,仅当自动切换装置36的选择柄37处于驻车位置“P”时,才应该解锁箱盖22。这通过传感器38检测。同时,驻车制动器48应该被施加,即拉动操纵柄50。这通过传感器49和51检测。如果既到达位置“P”,又拉紧制动器(“BR”),则根据图2通过控制器28使执行器30解锁箱盖22(“Tdauf”)。
当设定了自动切换装置36的驻车位置且同时施加驻车制动器48,那么有效地阻止机动车溜车。这样便建立了一种安全的状态,在该状态中充电站18可以通过插头与充电插座16联接。如果没有实现这种安全性,那么不能连接,因为箱盖22保持关闭。
尤其在初始化阶段期间,在图7中示例性示出的时刻t0执行根据图2描述的过程。
在结束根据图2的过程之后,插头21可以被插入插座16中。
此时应该保证,在充电期间该插头21不突然被拉出,因为这样的话电池14或充电站18可能受到损坏,而且也可能威胁到拉出插头21的人。因此,在充电期间通过锁定单元24锁住该插头21。
在预定的条件下在实际充电开始之前进行锁定,这在下文中将根据图3得到说明:
像之前一样,选择柄37应该位于驻车位置(“P”)中,且驻车制动器48应该起作用(“BR”)。这通过传感器38和49、51检测。同时,电池14应该处于确定的状态(“BATT”)而其它的电设备(“e”)应该处于其运行不被充电过程妨碍或损害的状态。最后,可以额外地规定,一外部信号(“ext”)、尤其是来自充电站18的外部信号到达无线电接收机53中,据此而触发充电。例如,当车辆驾驶员12已经提前支付一定量的能量(kWh)的价钱时,则可以发出这种触发信号。只有当这些条件都被满足时,控制器28(“SG”)才确定充电准备就绪的状态。只有这时充电站18的电流才能通过插座16到达电池14。
在从初始化阶段向在时刻t1(开始)的充电阶段过渡时,进行根据图3说明的过程,参见图7中与时刻t1相关的时间段的不同可能性。
这时,车辆驾驶员12可能在充电期间想接近机动车100并想在那里使用机动车的功能。
已知的是,按图6详细示出的锁40的类型的锁能使钥匙39处于三个不同的位置A、B和C。位置A对应于机动车的静止状态和所有设备的断路,即非工作状态。当之前钥匙被置于位置C时,在位置B中,机动车行驶,即驱动装置10被接通,机动车处于行驶工作状态。
位置B可以是中间位置。对具有内燃机的机动车来说,该中间位置B对应于所谓的“接线端子15”。在中间位置中,导航设备42和无线电44以及空调46以及必要时——尤其是用于电视机的——屏幕52被供电并且能够工作。此外,内部照明装置的灯47可用于照明。
不言而喻,通过使单元54负责阻止充电,按照状态C不可能过渡到充电过程。反之,在钥匙的位置A和B中,单元56负责对电池14充电。
在此情况下,为了在中间位置B下通过单元56实现充电,应该在位置B下也建立至单元56的连接58。
因此,在充电期间,导航设备42、无线电44、空调46、灯47和屏幕52可以保持工作。处于机动车100中的车辆驾驶员12享受机动车的舒适的空调,可以使用机动车100的所有信息娱乐系统,且机动车被充分良好地照明。
在充电期间,可以在任意时刻t2设定根据图6说明的状态,参见图7。
电池14的充电持续相对较长时间,尤其是多个小时。在此情况下,机动车驾驶员12可能想提前结束充电。在此,这一点(提前结束充电)通过机动车100中提供的功能而简化:单元34检测,具有被用于“无匙门控”功能的应答器钥匙36的使用者12何时来到机动车100附近。通过信号告知控制器28这一点。然后,控制器28自动结束充电过程(“结束充电”)并且例如也通过执行器26解锁锁定元件24。
同样地,当机动车驾驶员12借助于传统的钥匙打开机动车或者把该钥匙39插入锁40时,可以结束充电过程。
当然,并不是在充电过程中来到机动车100附近的每个机动车驾驶员12都想结束充电过程。因此检测:车辆驾驶员12随后是否把插头从插座16拔出,或者驾驶员是否关闭箱盖22,电流是否和从前一样流向电池14,或者是否以与前述不同的方式使充电过程不能继续。如果控制器28没有检测到这些,那么在一预定的时间段后再次开始充电并继续充电过程。
在图7示出的、从充电向结束充电过渡的时间段中,在时刻t3进行根据图4说明的过程。
这时应该避免,在充电站18继续与机动车100联接时机动车驾驶员开动机动车。因此提出,暂时使选择柄37不能离开自动切换装置36的驻车位置“P”,例如因为利用锁止器61把选择柄37锁止在驻车位置“P”中。同样地,通过锁止器59禁止驻车制动器48被释放。
在一备选方案中,当插头被从插座16拔出时、这可以通过合适的传感器58检测出,取消这种锁定。像在图5a中示出的那样,仅在拉出插头之后才再次释放选择柄37和/或使制动器“BR”再次可释放。
或者可以提出,必须首先关闭箱盖22,这例如可以通过传感器68检测出,仅在箱盖关闭的情况下控制器28才使选择柄37能够离开驻车位置“P”并且使驻车制动器48(“BR”)能被释放。
在结束充电的阶段期间,例如在图7中示例性示出的时刻t4进行根据图5a和5b描述的过程。
接着,机动车为行驶准备就绪,可以利用被充电的电池14再次使电驱动装置10工作。
Claims (3)
1.一种给机动车(100)的电池充电的方法,所述方法包括:在使用线路(20)的情况下使充电站(18)的连接件(20)与所述机动车(100)上的连接件(16)相联接,其中,在充电期间所述机动车(100)持续地或反复地检测是否有一预先确定的物体位于所述机动车附近,该物体包括一带有应答器的便携式元件,当该检测的结果是肯定的时,中断充电,其特征在于,其中在充电期间一锁定件(24)起作用,该锁定件阻止这两个连接件(20、16)彼此分开,当中断充电时,解除所述锁定件(24)的作用,使得这两个连接件(16、20)能彼此分开,其中,此外还检测在解除所述锁定件的功能之后的一预定的时间段中所述连接件(16、20)是否彼此分开,如果这两个连接件没有彼此分开,那么重新使锁定件起作用并继续充电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,当具有应答器的便携式元件(36)位于所述机动车(100)附近时其将由所述机动车发射的电磁射束转化为发送给所述机动车(100)的应答信号,该应答信号由所述机动车检测。
3.一种机动车(100),包括电池(14)和用于给所述电池(14)充电的连接装置(16),其中所述连接装置(16)能与一线路(20)联接;此外所述机动车还包括用于检测位于所述机动车(100)附近的、预先确定的物体——该物体包括便携式的应答器——的检测装置(34),其中,当通过所述检测装置(34)检测到所述预先确定的物体时,中断充电,其特征在于,所述机动车具有用于将所述线路(20)锁定在所述连接装置(16)上的锁定部件(24、26)以及用于控制所述锁定部件(24、26)的控制装置(28),所述检测装置(34)与所述控制装置(28)相联接,在充电期间所述控制装置(28)使所述锁定部件(24)锁定,所述控制装置(28)设计成,当通过所述检测装置(34)检测到所述预先确定的物体时,解除所述锁定部件(24)的锁定,其中,所述控制装置(28)还设计成,检测在解除所述锁定部件的锁定之后的一预定的时间段中连接装置(16,20)是否彼此分开,如果连接装置没有彼此分开,那么重新使锁定部件起作用并继续充电。
