本发明公开了一种夹持式血管连接装置,包括内支架和外支架;所述内支架为弹性镂空管状结构,所述内支架能够被压缩拉长以在血管内移动且能够在血管内展开成管体;所述外支架用于套在血管外,且所述内支架展开后紧贴外支架的内壁以将血管夹持在内支架与外支架之间;本发明能够方便地对血管进行连接,其操作过程简单,具有安全、便捷、牢固和减少出血的优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别涉及一种夹持式血管连接装置。
背景技术
目前,外科手术是各种疾病的主要治疗手段,在进行主动脉及外周血管外科手术时通常会将血管割断再连接,特别是进行大血管连接的手术时,传统的血管连接通过手术线缝合,其缝合速度慢,需要花费很长时间,而且血管缝合易撕裂、反流或漏血,进而导致严重并发症。
因此,为解决上述技术问题,就需要一种血管连接装置,能够方便地对血管进行连接,其操作过程简单,具有安全、便捷、牢固和减少出血的优势。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种夹持式血管连接装置,能够方便地对血管进行连接,其操作过程简单,具有安全、便捷、牢固和减少出血的优势。
本发明的夹持式血管连接装置,包括内支架和外支架;所述内支架为弹性镂空管状结构,所述内支架能够被压缩拉长以在血管内移动且能够在血管内展开成管体;所述外支架用于套在血管外,且所述内支架展开后紧贴外支架的内壁以将血管夹持在内支架与外支架之间。
通过对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述外支架呈管状,所述外支架的内径大于内支架的最小外径并小于内支架的最大外径。
通过对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述内支架由具有形状记忆效应的合金材料制成。作为优选,所述内支架的材料为镍钛合金。
通过对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述弹性镂空管状结构为丝网状编织管体。或者,所述弹性镂空管状结构为一体式镂空管体结构,其镂空孔采用激光切割的方式形成。
通过对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述外支架为无缝管体结构。
通过对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述内支架的表面包覆有涂层,所述涂层为聚四氟乙烯层、膨体聚四氟乙烯层或聚氨酯层。
通过对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述内支架上设有显影示标。
本发明具有以下有益技术效果:
本发明的夹持式血管连接装置,当内支架的两侧同时受到径向向内的压力时,内支架被压缩拉长,直到内支架的外径小于血管内径时,内支架即可伸入到血管内;撤去外力后,内支架在血管内即逐渐复原,在复原的过程中撑开血管;由于外支架套在内支架及待连接的两根血管外,内支架在复原的过程中逐渐撑开血管并使得血管紧贴在外支架的内壁,在内支架的外压及外支架的阻挡作用下,血管即被夹持在内支架与外支架之间;这一方式免去了医生用针线缝合血管的时间,缩短了手术时间,能够方便地对血管进行连接,其操作过程简单,具有安全、便捷、牢固和减少出血的优势。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示:本实施例的夹持式血管连接装置,包括内支架2和外支架3;所述内支架2为弹性镂空管状结构,所述内支架2能够被压缩拉长以在血管内移动且能够在血管内展开成管体;所述外支架3用于套在血管外,且所述内支架2展开后紧贴外支架3的内壁以将血管夹持在内支架2与外支架3之间;本装置的对象为血管,包括自然血管及人工血管;内支架2为弹性可压缩结构,如图2所示为内支架2在未受力时的状态,此时为一管体,当内支架2的两侧同时受到径向向内的压力时,内支架2被压缩拉长(即管径减小同时高度增大),直到内支架2的外径小于血管内径时,内支架2即可伸入到血管内;内支架2还具有恢复原形的特性,撤去外力后,内支架2即逐渐复原,在复原的过程中撑开血管;使用时外支架3套在内支架2及待连接的两根血管(由一根血管断裂而成,图1中为血管A11和血管B12)外,外支架3可与内支架2具有相反的变形特性,或者外支架3为不可变形的刚性结构,内支架2在复原的过程中逐渐撑开血管并使得血管紧贴在外支架3的内壁,在内支架2的外压及外支架3的阻挡作用下,血管即被夹持在内支架2与外支架3之间;内支架2与外支架3之间形成血管夹持区;这一方式免去了医生用针线缝合血管的时间,缩短了手术时间,能够方便地对血管进行连接,其操作过程简单,具有安全、便捷、牢固和减少出血的优势;内支架2和外支架3还可选用现有的血管支架。
本实施例中,所述外支架3呈管状,且为了防止血管连接后出血,同内支架2的镂空管体不同,外支架3为无缝管体结构,这样即使血管A11和血管B12在初期未重叠压固也不至于发生出血事故;外支架3为不可变形的刚性结构,此时所述外支架3的内径大于内支架2的最小外径(压缩至最小管径状态时的外径)并小于内支架2的最大外径(自然未受力状态下的外径),以产生适当的夹紧力;在未使用的状态下,内支架2可安装在一保持架上,由保持架进行一定程度的压缩,保持架再与外支架3连接,由此使得外支架3与内支架2连接成一个整体,使用时拆卸保持架即可。
本实施例中,所述内支架2由具有形状记忆效应的合金材料制成,这种合金材料具有伪弹性,在外力作用下具有比一般金属大的多的变形恢复能力,加载过程中产生的大应变会随着卸载而恢复;作为优选,所述内支架2的材料为镍钛合金,抗腐蚀性能强,并具有抗毒性和柔和的矫治力。内支架2可以有多种加工方式,可以通过记忆金属丝通过网状编织而成,即弹性镂空管状结构为丝网状编织管体,网孔即为镂空孔2a,网孔形状可以是规则或不规则的多边形,多边形均匀排列,也可以非均匀排列。当然,弹性镂空管状结构也可以为一体式镂空管体结构,此时其镂空孔2a可采用激光切割的方式形成。
本实施例中,所述内支架2的表面包覆有涂层(图中未示出),所述涂层为聚四氟乙烯层、膨体聚四氟乙烯层或聚氨酯层;聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、膨体聚四氟乙烯(e-PTFE)具有极佳的生物相容性,其表面不易结垢和形成血栓,本身带负电荷,不利于血小板聚集,且不导致骨吸收,不会分解变性,耐腐蚀,无异物感、无致癌、无致敏等副作用;聚氨酯则具备良好的顺应性和弹性,具有优良的抗血栓性;涂层的增设降低了血栓的形成,进而降低了再狭窄的发生,同时还利于细胞向内生长。
本实施例中,所述内支架2上设有显影示标4,便于在术中和术后通过显影方式确定内支架2位置;显影示标4例如可为焊接在内支架2上的显影金属丝/球,数量和设置方式均可根据具体情况而定。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (9)

1.一种夹持式血管连接装置,其特征在于:包括内支架和外支架;所述内支架为弹性镂空管状结构,所述内支架能够被压缩拉长以在血管内移动且能够在血管内展开成管体;所述外支架用于套在血管外,且所述内支架展开后紧贴外支架的内壁以将血管夹持在内支架与外支架之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹持式血管连接装置,其特征在于:所述外支架呈管状,所述外支架的内径大于内支架的最小外径并小于内支架的最大外径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的夹持式血管连接装置,其特征在于:所述内支架由具有形状记忆效应的合金材料制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的夹持式血管连接装置,其特征在于:所述内支架的材料为镍钛合金。
5.根据权利要求3所述的夹持式血管连接装置,其特征在于:所述弹性镂空管状结构为丝网状编织管体。
6.根据权利要求3所述的夹持式血管连接装置,其特征在于:所述弹性镂空管状结构为一体式镂空管体结构,其镂空孔采用激光切割的方式形成。
7.根据权利要求2所述的夹持式血管连接装置,其特征在于:所述外支架为无缝管体结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的夹持式血管连接装置,其特征在于:所述内支架的表面包覆有涂层,所述涂层为聚四氟乙烯层、膨体聚四氟乙烯层或聚氨酯层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的夹持式血管连接装置,其特征在于:所述内支架上设有显影示标。
