背景技术
木材作为一种可再生的生物质材料,易受真菌、昆虫及海生钻孔动物等的侵害。使用化学药剂对木材进行防腐处理,可以延长其使用寿命。防腐剂在木材防腐处理中具有关键作用,是木材防腐技术研究的关键。要求木材防腐剂不仅能够有效地提高处理材抗菌、防虫能力,延长其使用寿命,而且需具备环境友好、成本合理等特点。处理材使用防腐剂的类型和载药量取决于处理材的使用环境,如室外地上(不与土壤接触)、室外与土壤接触、室外与淡水或海水接触的环境。
木材防腐是避免或减少各种有害生物对木材侵害的技术。木材经过防腐处理可以提高其耐腐、防霉、防变色、抗虫害等性能,延长其使用寿命,减少维修用材和费用,扩大其应用领域,是节约木材资源的有效措施,可减少对木材的需求量,起到保护森林资源的作用,具有很好的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。
随着经济发展和人们环境意识的增强,木材防腐技术面临着新的机遇和挑战。提高水载型木材防腐剂的环保性能和抗流失性能,研究水载防腐剂中有效成分与木材成分之间的相互作用,开发新的水载防腐剂及其综合性能评价(耐腐性、抗虫蚁性、抗流失性、物理性能、力学性能、表面性能等)。采用和木材组分以共价键结合固定机理的防腐剂是防腐剂的发展方向。这样可以使防腐剂与木材各组分形成较牢固的化学键,降低其流失性,提高防腐剂的长效性。具有天然防腐性能的植物化学成分提取和开发生物防腐是21世纪木材防腐剂的重要特点,但有效成分的确定和大量提取的成本是这类防腐剂能否工业化生产面临的主要问题。总之开发对人畜无毒,不污染环境,不易挥发和流失,不影响木材的物理力学性质,不改变木材的原有颜色,不影响木材加工性能、胶合性能及装饰性能,原料来源充沛,价格便宜,处理材易回收利用的木材防腐剂是木材防腐研究今后发展的目标。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对传统防腐剂对人畜毒性较高、环境危害大、易挥发和流失、易改变木材的原有颜色、影响木材加工性能的问题,提供了一种木材防腐剂及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种木材防腐剂,其特征在于,由下述重量份原料制得:3~6份复合硼化物,15~30份单宁酸,5~10份中药抑菌剂,1.8~2.4份十二烷基苯磺酸钙,0.8~1.0份苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚,100~200份去离子水。
所述复合硼化物为硼砂、硼酸、二氧化硅烧制而成,各组分重量份为50~60份硼砂,5~15份硼酸,30~35份二氧化硅。
所述烧制过程为装入预热至1000~1100℃的电阻炉中,加热至1100~1200℃烧制1~2h。
所述中药抑菌剂为微纳米黄莲粉末与肉桂油复配而成,所述肉桂油的用量为微纳米黄莲粉末质量的1.5~6.0倍。
所述微纳米黄莲粉末为黄莲中药饮片粉碎过200目筛后球磨4~5h制得。
所述的一种木材防腐剂的制备防腐的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
(1)将硼砂、硼酸、二氧化硅研磨细化后装入电阻炉中烧制1~2h,冷却至室温得复合硼化物;
(2)将黄莲中药饮片粉碎过200目筛后以280~330r/min球磨4~5h,得微纳米黄莲粉末;
(3)将微纳米黄莲粉末加入肉桂油中,混合均匀后装入研钵中研磨30~40min,得中药抑菌剂;
(4)将复合硼化物、单宁酸加入去离子水中混合均匀,再加入十二烷基苯磺酸钙、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌20~30min后加入5~10g中药抑菌剂,在25~30℃恒温水浴下继续搅拌1~2h,得木材防腐剂。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明选用微纳米黄莲粉末与肉桂油配置药抑菌剂,利用其非常广泛的抗菌生物活性和与木材优秀的结合性能,复合无机硼化物组成有机-无机型抑菌剂,同时利用二氧化硅固着抑菌成分,形成无规则网络,与硼酸诱导单宁酸自缩聚,在木材内形成一个固体的网状结构互穿交联,固着有机-无机型抑菌剂的同时,达到缓释有机-无机型抑菌因子的目的,可长期有效保护木材;
(2)本发明制备的木材防腐剂能有效提高木材的抗菌能力,改善木材防腐性能,能有效渗透进木材内部,改善防腐处理木材的抗流失性及抗老化性,且制备及使用过程中无毒副产物生产,符合环保理念,具有环境友好、无色无味、渗透性强,且不影响木材本身的色泽与加工性能,具有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
取50~60g硼砂,5~15g硼酸,30~35g二氧化硅,装入研钵中研磨1~2h,再装入预热至1000~1100℃的电阻炉中,加热至1100~1200℃烧制1~2h,冷却至室温得复合硼化物,将黄莲中药饮片装入粉碎机中粉碎,过200目筛,并置于干燥箱中,在105~110℃下干燥至恒重,再转入球磨机中,以280~330r/min球磨4~5h,得微纳米黄莲粉末,取10~20g微纳米黄莲粉末,加入30~60g肉桂油中,混合均匀后装入研钵中研磨30~40min,得中药抑菌剂,取3~6g复合硼化物,15~30g单宁酸,加入100~200mL去离子水中,在20~25℃恒温水浴下,以400W超声波超声分散30~40min,再加入1.0~1.2g十二烷基苯磺酸钙,0.8~1.0g苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚,以300~400r/min搅拌20~30min,再加入5~10g中药抑菌剂,在25~30℃恒温水浴下,继续搅拌1~2h,得木材防腐剂。
实例1

取60g硼砂,15g硼酸,35g二氧化硅,装入研钵中研磨2h,再装入预热至1100℃的电阻炉中,加热至1200℃烧制2h,冷却至室温得复合硼化物,将黄莲中药饮片装入粉碎机中粉碎,过200目筛,并置于干燥箱中,在110℃下干燥至恒重,再转入球磨机中,以330r/min球磨5h,得微纳米黄莲粉末,取20g微纳米黄莲粉末,加入60g肉桂油中,混合均匀后装入研钵中研磨40min,得中药抑菌剂,取6g复合硼化物,30g单宁酸,加入200mL去离子水中,在25℃恒温水浴下,以400W超声波超声分散40min,再加入1.2g十二烷基苯磺酸钙,1.0g苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚,以400r/min搅拌30min,再加入10g中药抑菌剂,在30℃恒温水浴下,继续搅拌2h,得木材防腐剂。
对照例:河北某公司生产的木材防腐剂。
将实例及对照例的木材防腐剂进行检测,具体检测如下:
流失试验:参照GB/T29905-2013《木材防腐剂流失率试验方法》,分别将各组试件置于烧杯中,加入60mL蒸馏水,浸没试件,并搅拌。先间隔6、24、48h更换一次蒸馏水,此后每隔48h更换蒸馏水,共计14d。收集流失液并称重。
金属腐蚀性能检测:参照美国标准AWPAE17-99《Standard method fordetermining corrosion rates of metals in contact with treating solution》,对金属试件进行清洗和腐蚀性检测。
实验室耐腐试验:本试验参照林业行业标准LY/T 1283-1998《木材防腐剂对腐朽菌毒性实验室试验方法》和国家标准GB/T13942.1-92《木材天然耐腐性实验室试验方法》进行
野外埋地试验:本试验参照GB/T13942.2-2009《木材天然耐久性野外试验方法》进行。
具体检测结果如表1。

由表1可知,本发明制备的木材防腐剂具有良好的抗流失性能和金属腐蚀性能,并且具有良好的抗菌能力,可以长期保护木材。
Claims (6)
1.一种木材防腐剂,其特征在于,由下述重量份原料制得:3~6份复合硼化物,15~30份单宁酸,5~10份中药抑菌剂,1.8~2.4份十二烷基苯磺酸钙,0.8~1.0份苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚,100~200份去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种木材防腐剂,其特征在于,所述复合硼化物为硼砂、硼酸、二氧化硅烧制而成,各组分重量份为50~60份硼砂,5~15份硼酸,30~35份二氧化硅。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种木材防腐剂,其特征在于,所述烧制过程为装入预热至1000~1100℃的电阻炉中,加热至1100~1200℃烧制1~2h。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种木材防腐剂,其特征在于,所述中药抑菌剂为微纳米黄莲粉末与肉桂油复配而成,所述肉桂油的用量为微纳米黄莲粉末质量的1.5~6.0倍。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种木材防腐剂,其特征在于,所述微纳米黄莲粉末为黄莲中药饮片粉碎过200目筛后球磨4~5h制得。
6.如权利要求1~5任意一项所述的一种木材防腐剂的制备防腐的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
(1)将硼砂、硼酸、二氧化硅研磨细化后装入电阻炉中烧制1~2h,冷却至室温得复合硼化物;
(2)将黄莲中药饮片粉碎过200目筛后以280~330r/min球磨4~5h,得微纳米黄莲粉末;
(3)将微纳米黄莲粉末加入肉桂油中,混合均匀后装入研钵中研磨30~40min,得中药抑菌剂;
(4)将复合硼化物、单宁酸加入去离子水中混合均匀,再加入十二烷基苯磺酸钙、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌20~30min后加入5~10g中药抑菌剂,在25~30℃恒温水浴下继续搅拌1~2h,得木材防腐剂。
