Abstract
The application discloses a three-dimensional scraper conveyor. The three-dimensional scraper conveyor comprises a shell, a driving device and a closed loop chain, wherein the shell is divided into a horizontal section and an inclined section, the projection of the inclined section on the horizontal plane is in angle setting with the horizontal section, the horizontal section is in seamless connection with the inclined section through a transition section, the inclined section is in angle setting with the horizontal plane, the driving device is fixed on the outer wall of the inclined section, the closed loop chain is circularly arranged along the side wall of the shell, a plurality of scrapers are arranged between the closed loop chain and the side wall of the shell, and the scrapers are fixed on the closed loop chain at equal intervals. The optimized structure of the three-dimensional scraper conveyor can meet the requirement of conveying materials when the feeding and discharging ports are not on the same plane.

Technical Field

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the three-dimensional scraper conveyor in this embodiment includes a housing 100, a driving device 200 and a closed loop chain 300, wherein the housing 100 is divided into a horizontal segment 110 and an inclined segment 120, the projection of the inclined segment 120 on the horizontal plane is angularly disposed with the horizontal segment 110, the horizontal segment 110 and the inclined segment 120 are seamlessly connected through a transition segment 130, the inclined segment 120 is angularly disposed with the horizontal plane, the driving device 200 is fixed on the upper end surface of the head of the inclined segment 120, the closed loop chain 300 is circularly running parallel to the side wall of the housing, a plurality of scrapers 400 are disposed between the closed loop chain 300 and the side wall of the housing, and the scrapers 400 are fixed on the closed loop chain 300 at equal intervals.
