技术领域
本发明涉及电缆桥架领域,具体涉及一种用于高安全性托盘式电缆桥架的防火涂料。
背景技术
电缆桥架系统是制造业中的一类重要产品,是各基础建设项目中用于规范、保护电缆及输电线路安全的主要装备。一般电缆桥架选用优质冷轧或热轧、热镀锌板等钢板。由于钢结构自身不燃,钢结构的防火问题曾一度被人们忽视。根据国内外有关资料报道及有关机构的试验和统计数字表明,钢结构的机械强度随温度的升高而降低,在500℃左右,其强度下降到40%~50%,钢结构的力学性能,诸如屈服点、抗压强度、弹性模量以及荷载能力等都迅速下降,很快失去支撑能力,导致桥架垮塌。因此,对钢结构进行保护势在必行。钢结构防火涂料刷涂或喷涂在钢结构表面,起防火隔热作用,防止钢结构在火灾中迅速升温而降低强度,避免钢结构失去支撑能力而导致桥架垮塌。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种用于高安全性托盘式电缆桥架的防火涂料,具有较好的防火性能。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案为:一种用于高安全性托盘式电缆桥架的防火涂料,所述防火涂料的制备步骤如下:
(1)以重量分数计,称取无机填料100-120份、粘结剂20-40份、正丁醇50-80份、增塑剂10-20份、催干剂10-20份、阻燃剂20-40份、防腐剂10-20份;
(2)将防腐剂、正丁醇、粘结剂加入搅拌机中混合均匀,搅拌温度为50-70℃,搅拌时间为1-2h,得到混合乳液;
(3)将无机填料、增塑剂、催干剂、阻燃剂按照先粉料后液料的顺序依次加入到立式球磨机中,球磨0.5h后,得到混合物;
(4)将混合物加入到搅拌机中,再缓缓加入混合乳液,在搅拌机中以200r/min的速度搅拌混合0.5h,搅拌温度为50-70℃,保温1h后静置4h,即得到防火涂料。
所述无机填料为轻质碳酸钙、硅灰石,轻质碳酸钙、硅灰石的重量比为2:1;所述催干剂为异辛酸钴、异辛酸铈,异辛酸钴、异辛酸铈的重量比为2:1;所述防腐剂为三乙醇胺盐酸盐、1'3-双羟甲基脲、二丁基羟基甲苯、去离子水,三乙醇胺盐酸盐、1'3-双羟甲基脲、二丁基羟基甲苯、去离子水的重量比为5:2:5:50。
所述阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷、溴化环氧树脂、三聚氰胺中的一种或几种;所述粘结剂为硅酸钠、硅酸钾、磷酸铝、呋喃树脂、卤化烯烃树脂、丁苯乳液中的一种或几种;所述增塑剂为有机磷酸酯、氧氯丙烷中的一种或两种。
本发明具有有益效果:本发明所制备的防火涂料具有优良的阻燃性能,隔热性能强,耐火性能优异,对环境污染小,并且本发明防火涂料与桥架基体的粘接性强,综合性能好;异辛酸钴与传统环烷酸钴相比,具有气味小,催干效果好等特点,异辛酸铈能提高硬度和韧性,且能改进光泽和保光性;经检测,本发明所述防火涂料符合GB14907-2002《钢结构防火涂料通用技术条件》标准,耐火极限达3h-3.5h。

实施例1
一种用于高安全性托盘式电缆桥架的防火涂料,所述防火涂料的制备步骤如下:
(1)以重量分数计,称取轻质碳酸钙80、硅灰石40份、丁苯乳液40份、正丁醇80份、有机磷酸酯20份、异辛酸钴10、异辛酸铈5份、十溴二苯乙烷40份、防腐剂20份;
(2)将防腐剂、正丁醇、丁苯乳液加入搅拌机中混合均匀,搅拌温度为70℃,搅拌时间为2h,得到混合乳液;
(3)将轻质碳酸钙、硅灰石、有机磷酸酯、异辛酸钴、异辛酸铈、十溴二苯乙烷按照先粉料后液料的顺序依次加入到立式球磨机中,球磨0.5h后,得到混合物;
(4)将混合物加入到搅拌机中,再缓缓加入混合乳液,在搅拌机中以200r/min的速度搅拌混合0.5h,搅拌温度为70℃,保温1h后静置4h,即得到防火涂料。

(4)将混合物加入到搅拌机中,再缓缓加入混合乳液,在搅拌机中以200r/min的速度搅拌混合0.5h,搅拌温度为70℃,保温1h后静置4h,即得到防火涂料。

1.一种用于高安全性托盘式电缆桥架的防火涂料,其特征在于,防火涂料的制备步骤如下:
(1)以重量分数计,称取无机填料100-120份、粘结剂20-40份、正丁醇50-80份、增塑剂10-20份、催干剂10-20份、阻燃剂20-40份、防腐剂10-20份;
(2)将防腐剂、正丁醇、粘结剂加入搅拌机中混合均匀,搅拌温度为50-70℃,搅拌时间为1-2h,得到混合乳液;
(3)将无机填料、增塑剂、催干剂、阻燃剂按照县粉料后液料的顺序依次加入到立式球磨机中,球磨0.5h后,得到混合物;
(4)将混合物加入到搅拌机中,再缓缓加入混合乳液,在搅拌机中以200r/min的速度搅拌混合0.5min,搅拌温度为50-70℃,保温1h后静置4h,即得到防火涂料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于高安全性托盘式电缆桥架的防火涂料,其特征在于,所述无机填料为轻质碳酸钙、硅灰石,轻质碳酸钙、硅灰石的重量比为2:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于高安全性托盘式电缆桥架的防火涂料,其特征在于,所述催干剂为异辛酸钴、异辛酸铈,异辛酸钴、异辛酸铈的重量比为2:1。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于高安全性托盘式电缆桥架的防火涂料,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为三乙醇胺盐酸盐、1'3-双羟甲基脲、二丁基羟基甲苯、去离子水,三乙醇胺盐酸盐、1'3-双羟甲基脲、二丁基羟基甲苯、去离子水的重量比为5:2:5:50。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种用于高安全性托盘式电缆桥架的防火涂料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷、溴化环氧树脂、三聚氰胺中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种用于高安全性托盘式电缆桥架的防火涂料,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为硅酸钠、硅酸钾、磷酸铝、呋喃树脂、卤化烯烃树脂、丁苯乳液中的一种或几种;所述增塑剂为有机磷酸酯、氧氯丙烷中的一种或两种。
