Abstract
本发明提供一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片,其组分及原料重量百分比为:茶皂素0.02%~30%、表面活性剂1%~65%、崩解剂0.01%~50%、粘合剂0.01%~30%、润滑剂0.01%~20%、香氛油0.01%~10%、增溶剂0.01%~20%、余量水为溶剂,该洗衣片以表面活性剂为主要原料,功效性明显优于肥皂、洗衣粉、洗衣液等洗涤用品,省水且不污染环境,也符合人们崇尚自然,绿色环保的理念,而且该制备方法具有便于生产、成本的特点,易于实现工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日常洗化用品技术领域,具体涉及一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣片是一种全新的洗涤产品,改变了以往洗涤产品的形态,轻便是它最大的特点,因其不含有荧光增白剂,磷等有害成分,逐渐风靡欧美市场,成为新一代洗涤产品,是一种中性的合成洗涤剂。
但是目前国内的许多洗涤市场却存在着不小的问题,目前市面上最常见的洗衣粉与洗衣液中,普遍含有荧光增白剂、蛋白水解酶、三聚磷酸钠等成分,其中的荧光增白剂危害最大,对老人或者小孩,一定要谨慎选择洗涤产品。
洗衣片实现的定量洗涤,克服了传统洗衣粉、洗衣液使用中计量的繁琐,即节约了洗涤用品,其低泡超浓缩的环保特性又节约了用水,有望在国内得到推广,随着人民生活水平的提高,人们对洗衣片产品质量的要求也越来越高,洗衣片的需求量将会越来越大,质量要求也越来越高,活性物高、多功能、使用简便将是洗衣片的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足而提供一种使用方便、安全环保、易于携带的超浓缩多功能洗衣片及其制备方法。
本发明为解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:
本发明提供一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片,其组分及原料重量百分比为:
茶皂素0.02%~30%、
表面活性剂1%~65%、
崩解剂0.01%~50%、
粘合剂0.01%~30%、
润滑剂0.01%~20%、
香氛油0.01%~10%
增溶剂0.01%~20%
余量水为溶剂。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂为月桂醇硫酸酯钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和椰油酰胺DEA中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述崩解剂为干淀粉。
进一步地,所述粘合剂为纤维素、麦牙糊精、糖类、聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、二氧化硅、氢化植物油、棕榈酸异丙酯、甘油、矿油中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述增溶剂为PEG-400和RH-40氢化麻油中的一种或两种。
本发明提供一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述表面活性剂和茶皂素按照重量百分比加入到热水中进行混合并搅拌均匀形成混合物A;
(2)按照原料的重量百分比称取原崩解剂、粘合剂和润滑剂加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀形成混合物B;
(3)按照原料的重量百分比称取香氛油和增溶剂加入到步骤(2)中的混合物B中,进行增容分散处理形成混合物C;
(4)对步骤(3)中的混合物C进行性能测试、沐膜烘干成型、切片、封装、检验和入库处理,得到所需超浓缩多功能洗衣片。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述热水温度为60~100℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供一种使用方便、安全环保、易于携带的超浓缩多功能洗衣片,该洗衣片以表面活性剂为主要原料与洗涤助剂、茶皂素、香氛油、粘合剂等科学复配,配制的洗衣片,其超浓缩,多功能功效性明显优于肥皂、洗衣粉、洗衣液等洗涤用品,省水且不污染环境,也符合人们崇尚自然,绿色环保的理念,而且该制备方法具有便于生产、成本的特点,易于实现工业化生产。

实施例1
一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片,其组分及原料重量百分比为:
茶皂素2%、
表面活性剂32%、
崩解剂15%、
粘合剂15%、
润滑剂6%、
香氛油3%
增溶剂10%
余量水为溶剂。
本实施例中,所述表面活性剂为月桂醇硫酸酯钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和椰油酰胺DEA,各占重量比为10:6:2:1;
本实施例中,所述崩解剂为干淀粉。
本实施例中,所述粘合剂为纤维素和聚乙烯醇,各占重量比为1:9。
本实施例中,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、二氧化硅各占重量比为1:5。
本实施例中,,所述增溶剂为PEG-400和RH-40氢化麻油,各各占重量比为1:3。
本发明提供一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述表面活性剂和差皂素按照重量百分比加入到热水中进行混合并搅拌均匀形成混合物A;
(2)按照原料的重量百分比称取原崩解剂、粘合剂和润滑剂加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀形成混合物B;
(3)按照原料的重量百分比称取香氛油和增溶剂加入到步骤(2)中的混合物B中,进行增容分散处理形成混合物C;
(4)对步骤(3)中的混合物C进行性能测试、沐膜烘干成型、切片、封装、检验和入库处理,得到所需超浓缩多功能洗衣片。
本实施例中,步骤(1)中所述热水温度为60℃。

本实施例中,所述崩解剂为干淀粉。
本实施例中,所述粘合剂为聚乙烯醇。
本实施例中,所述润滑剂为甘油、矿油、二氧化硅各占重量比为5:2:1。
本实施例中,所述增溶剂为RH-40氢化麻油。
本发明提供一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述表面活性剂和差皂素按照重量百分比加入到热水中进行混合并搅拌均匀形成混合物A;
(2)按照原料的重量百分比称取原崩解剂、粘合剂和润滑剂加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀形成混合物B;
(3)按照原料的重量百分比称取香氛油和增溶剂加入到步骤(2)中的混合物B中,进行增容分散处理形成混合物C;
(4)对步骤(3)中的混合物C进行性能测试、沐膜烘干成型、切片、封装、检验和入库处理,得到所需超浓缩多功能洗衣片。
本实施例中,步骤(1)中所述热水温度为90℃。
实施例3
一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片,其组分及原料重量百分比为:
茶皂素15%、
表面活性剂35%、
崩解剂10%、
粘合剂5%、
润滑剂10%、
香氛油2%
增溶剂5%
余量水为溶剂。
本实施例中,所述表面活性剂为月桂醇硫酸酯钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和椰油酰胺DEA,各占重量比为10:5:3:1;
本实施例中,所述崩解剂为干淀粉。
本实施例中,所述粘合剂为聚乙烯醇。
本实施例中,所述润滑剂为甘油、矿油、二氧化硅各占重量比为3:1:1。
本实施例中,所述增溶剂为RH-40氢化麻油。
本发明提供一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述表面活性剂和差皂素按照重量百分比加入到热水中进行混合并搅拌均匀形成混合物A;
(2)按照原料的重量百分比称取原崩解剂、粘合剂和润滑剂加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀形成混合物B;
(3)按照原料的重量百分比称取香氛油和增溶剂加入到步骤(2)中的混合物B中,进行增容分散处理形成混合物C;
(4)对步骤(3)中的混合物C进行性能测试、沐膜烘干成型、切片、封装、检验和入库处理,得到所需超浓缩多功能洗衣片。
本实施例中,步骤(1)中所述热水温度为98℃。

如表1所示,本发明所提供的洗衣片与洗衣粉和洗衣液各项指标参数对比发现,各项技术指标都达到了先进的水平,而且在达到相同洗衣效果的前提下,该申请的洗衣片具有较大的优势,尤其是实施例1中的效果最佳,发明提供一种使用方便、安全环保、易于携带的超浓缩多功能洗衣片,该洗衣片以表面活性剂为主要原料与洗涤助剂、茶皂素、香氛油、粘合剂等科学复配,配制的洗衣片,其超浓缩,多功能功效性明显优于肥皂、洗衣粉、洗衣液等洗涤用品,省水且不污染环境,也符合人们崇尚自然,绿色环保的理念,而且该制备方法具有便于生产、成本的特点,易于实现工业化生产。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片,其特征在于,其组分及原料重量百分比为:
茶皂素0.02%~30%、
表面活性剂1%~65%、
崩解剂0.01%~50%、
粘合剂0.01%~30%、
润滑剂0.01%~20%、
香氛油0.01%~10%
增溶剂0.01%~20%
余量水为溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为月桂醇硫酸酯钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和椰油酰胺DEA中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片,其特征在于:所述崩解剂为干淀粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为纤维素、麦牙糊精、糖类、聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、二氧化硅、氢化植物油、棕榈酸异丙酯、甘油、矿油中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片,其特征在于:所述增溶剂为PEG-400和RH-40氢化麻油中的一种或两种。
7.一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述表面活性剂和茶皂素按照重量百分比加入到热水中进行混合并搅拌均匀形成混合物A;
(2)按照原料的重量百分比称取原崩解剂、粘合剂和润滑剂加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀形成混合物B;
(3)按照原料的重量百分比称取香氛油和增溶剂加入到步骤(2)中的混合物B中,进行增容分散处理形成混合物C;
(4)对步骤(3)中的混合物C进行性能测试、沐膜烘干成型、切片、封装、检验和入库处理,得到所需超浓缩多功能洗衣片。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种超浓缩多功能洗衣片制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述热水温度为60~100℃。
