Abstract

La presente invención concierne a proteínas de unión a antígenos que se unen específicamente a antígenos derivados de la proteína llamada antígeno A asociado al melanoma (MAGE-A). En concreto, la invención proporciona proteínas de unión a antígeno que se unen específicamente al péptido antigénico MAGE-A que comprende o consiste en la SEQ ID N.º 1 cuando está formando un complejo con una proteína del complejo mayor de histocompatibilidad (MHC). Las proteínas de unión a antígeno de la invención contienen, en particular, las regiones determinantes de la complementariedad (CDR) de nuevos receptores de linfocitos T (TCR) genomodificados que se unen específicamente al citado complejo de péptido de MAGE-A/MHC. Las proteínas de unión a antígeno de la invención están destinadas al uso en el diagnóstico, el tratamiento y la prevención de enfermedades tumorales que expresan MAGE-A. Además, se proporcionan ácidos nucleicos que codifican las proteínas de unión a antígeno de la invención, los vectores que comprenden esos ácidos nucleicos, las células recombinantes que expresan las proteínas de unión de antígeno y las composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden las proteínas de unión a antígeno de la invención.
