IN MODALITIES WHERE THE THIRD POLYMER MATERIAL IS A NON-IONIC POLYMER, THE INNER LAYER INCLUDES AT LEAST A SHOCK AGENT AND A BASE. THE INSULATION LAYER INCLUDES A NON-IONIC POLYMER THAT IS SOLUBLE IN THE INTESTINAL FLUID OR GASTROINTESTINAL FLUID. THE OUTSIDE IS A WATERFUL ENVIRONMENT WITH A SECOND POLYMER MATERIAL IN AN ORGANIC ENVIRONMENT.
