Abstract

L'invention concerne un séchoir éclair (1) pour sécher un produit (2). Le séchoir éclair (1) comprend une chambre (3) ayant une entrée de produit (4) et une sortie de produit (5). Le séchoir éclair (1) comprend en outre un disque (6) disposé de manière fixe dans la section inférieure de la chambre (3) en dessous de l'entrée de produit (4), une entrée d'air primaire (12) agencée pour fournir de l'air dans la chambre (3), une unité d'entraînement (13) ayant un arbre d'entraînement (14) s'étendant à travers un trou (15) dans la section médiane (11) du disque (6), une pluralité d'éléments de désintégrateur rotatifs (23) reliés à l'arbre d'entraînement (14), et un bras de pelle rotatif (16) relié à l'arbre d'entraînement (14) et conçu pour distribuer le produit (2) dans la section inférieure de la chambre (3).
