Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif (2) de positionnement précis et d'usinage de textiles ou similaires, en particuliers de raccords (1). Le procédé comprend des étapes suivantes consistant à : orienter et/ou positionner (2) le raccord (1) ; amener (3) le raccord (1) à un poste (9) ; vérifier (4) l'orientation et/ou le positionnement du raccord (1), des marquages du raccord (1) étant détectés par des capteurs et l'extension du marquage réelle étant comparée à une extension de marquage de consigne ; déterminer (5) des spécifications de correction ; et transmettre (6) la spécification de correction à un poste de correction (12) ; corriger (7) l'orientation du raccord (1) au moyen du poste de correction (12) selon la spécification de correction ; amener (8) le raccord (1) à un poste d'usinage (13) ; et éventuellement répéter diverses ou plusieurs étapes du procédé.
