Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de remplissage et d'alimentation de moules (400) ainsi qu'un procédé consistant à utiliser un tissu filtrant réfractaire (202) pour fermer une ligne de moules (100) acheminés en continu vers un dispositif multiétagé d'alimentation et de remplissage sous pression. La ligne de moules (100) est formée par des moules à sable vert à séparation verticale (101). Ces moules peuvent être remplis avec un métal fondu se solidifiant progressivement sous pression. L'alimentation sous pression résout les problèmes de rétrécissement au cours de l'opération de coulée. Le procédé comprend des modes de traitement de fonte ductile avec du magnésium en vue d'obtenir un graphite compacté. Un point de liage (242) du tissu filtrant (202) retient un alliage modificateur (630) sur les moules (101) se déplaçant à une vitesse élevée. Une colonne à commande par aspiration et pression (550) assure un écoulement constant vers les pièces coulées à parois minces, et une alimentation sous pression pour les pièces coulées lourdes. Les pertes d'énergie rayonnante sont contenues dans le système automatique. Le procédé et plusieurs composants de machine à usage déterminé constituent un système unifié pour le durcissement d'un liquide (600) tel qu'un polymère plastique, de pneus en caoutchouc ou d'un produit alimentaire, notamment dans la fabrication d'un bonbon au chocolat moulé.
