Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à être utilisé dans des procédés de séquençage de polynucléotides, comprenant un groupe de molécules polynucléotidiques pouvant être interrogé ou immobilisé sur une surface solide, le groupe ayant une densité permettant aux molécules d'être individuellement résolues. Les molécules du groupe comprennent un polynucléotide cible et une séquence d'amorce, l'amorce étant maintenue en relation spatiale par rapport à la cible, tous deux étant liés par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison covalente. Ce dispositif peut être utilisé dans des expériences visant à déterminer le génotype, dans lesquelles un groupe d'ADN génomique est préparé afin que des réactions de séquençage multiples puissent être effectuées.
