Abstract
L'invention concerne un produit, notamment un implant, qui comprend un substrat muni, au moins en partie, d'au moins une couche sur laquelle est déposée, au moins en partie, une substance à base de protéine, de peptide et/ou de saccharide. La couche directement adjacente à cette substance contient au moins un métal sélectionné parmi le titane, le zirconium et l'hafnium, ou un de leurs composés avec un ou plusieurs métalloïdes et/ou semi-conducteurs, ou un alliage desdits constituants avec un au plusieurs autres métaux, et dont l'application intervient par revêtement sous vide. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé permettant d'obtenir ledit produit, selon lequel la couche est appliquée sous vide sur le substrat. L'invention concerne par ailleurs l'utilisation dudit produit.
