Abstract

PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION:

La présente invention concerne une simplification des procédés de synthèse de fluides diélectriques par condensation d'halogénures aromatiques et de composés aromatiques en présence de chlorure ferrique. La demanderesse à découvert qu'il n'est plus nécessaire de neutraliser le catalyseur ni d'effectuer des lavages avec des solutions aqueuses. On évite ainsi de générer des solutions aqueuses contaminées par des produits organiques et qu'il est difficile et coûteux de traiter avant leur rejet. Le procédé consiste donc dans les étapes successives suivantes: condensation d'halogénures aromatiques et de composés aromatiques en présence de chlorure ferrique, comme catalyseur, puis distillation éventuelle de l'excédent des réactifs. Cette dernière est suivie de la distillation de l'ensemble des produits de condensation ou d'au moins l'un d'entre eux suivie de son conditionnement en fluide diélectrique.
