Abstract

PROCESSO HìBRIDO DE RESINAS DE TROCA IÈNICA NA RECUPERAçãO SELETIVA DE NìQUEL E COBALTO DE EFLUENTES DE LIXIVIAçãO, envolve as etapas de beneficiamento (1) do minério (M) laterítico, sendo depois tratado por lixiviação (2) (atmosférica ou pressurizada), podendo-se também considerar soluções provenientes de etapa de separação sólido-líquido de usinas já existentes e em operação (2), sendo o processo compreendido por um circuito de resinas catiónicas, onde o primeiro estágio (3) de troca iónica com resinas (Re) apresenta condições específicas de seletividade para a remoção do ferro, alumínio e cobre e elevação do pH, e o segundo estágio (4) de troca iónica permite a remoção do níquel e do cobalto.
