Abstract

PEDRA DE AGLOMERADO PARA O EMPREGO EM FORNOS DE CUBA, FORNOS PARA PROCESSO COREX OU ALTO-FORNO, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PEDRAS DE AGLOMERADO E EMPREGO DE Pó FINO E FINìSSIMO DE MINéRIO DE FERRO". Para se poder empregar economicamente o pá de minério que cai na obtenção e na preparação de minério de ferro, até hoje não aproveitável, a presente invenção propõe uma pedra de aglomerado que apresenta (em % em peso) de 6 a 15 % de um aglutinante de cimento, até 20 % de um portador de carbono, até 20 % de materiais residuais e circulantes, opcionalmente até 10 % de um acelerador de enrijecimento e de solidificação, e como resto um minério de ferro em formato de pedra em forma de partículas com uma granulação de menos do que 3 mm, bem como possui uma resistência inicial depois de três dias de no mínimo 5 N/mm¬ 2¬ e depois de 28 dias uma resistência à pressão a frio de no mínimo 20 N/mm¬ 2¬. Devido à sua resistência especial St e à sua estabilidade de forma mesmo a altas temperaturas T, as pedras de aglomerado de acordo com a invenção são apropriadas especialmente para o emprego em forno de cuba, forno para processo Corex ou alto-forno. Além disso, a invenção apresenta um processo para a produção de pedras de aglomerado de acordo com a invenção.
