Abstract

PRODUTO DE ANáLISE E RESPECTIVO MéTODO DE DETECçãO. é descrito um biossensor para detectar a presenpa de um produto de análise de objetivo. O biossensor é formado de partículas microsferoidais que têm tido uma parte de ligação ao produto de análise objetivo imobilizado em suas superfícies. As partes de ligação podem ser nucleotídeos; peptídios, proteínas, enzimas, anticorpos e assim por diante. Quando o produto de análise se liga à sua parte, o perfil do modo de galeria de sussurros (WGM) das partículas microsferoidais muda de tal forma que os picos de perfil sofrem um desvio para o vermelho ou azul. As partes de ligação imobilizadas podem incluir fluoróforos e similares de forma que emitem fluorescência, fosforescência, incandescência e similares. Estes fluoróforos podem tomar a forma de um nanocristal ou ponto quântico.
