Abstract

MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE BEBIDA. A invenção refere-se à indústria de alimentos, em particular à produção de bebidas livres de álcool exibindo propriedades euforizantes. A bebida da invenção compreende uma base líquida e óxido de nitrogênio que é usado em uma quantidade igual a ou menor do que 40 g/L de base líquida, na qual o método inventivo para produzir a citada bebida consiste na introdução de gás em uma temperatura de 1-25<198>C e em uma pressão de 101,3 kPa a 2.128 kPa. A citada invenção torna possível melhorar a qualidade do produto final pela preservação do gosto e do flavor da bebida durante o tempo de armazenagem.
