Abstract

SISTEMA DE BOMBA DOSADORA, E, DISPENSADOR DE FLUIDO Um sistema de bomba dosadora (1) para dosar e bombear um volume dosado de um produto fluido (2) tem uma câmara de armazenamento(57) para armazenar o produto fluido; uma câmara dosadora (73) que é móvel entre um estado contraído e um estado expandido, o sistema adaptado de maneira tal que o movimento da cãmara dosadora de seu estado contraído para seu estado expandido faz com que a câmara dosadora seja colocada em comunicação fluida com a câmara de armazenamento para permitir que a câmara dosadora receba um volume em excesso do produto fluido compreendendo o volume dosado e um volume excedente proveniente da câmara de armazenamento e o movimento da câmara dosadora de seu estado expandido para seu estado contraído faz com que o volume dosado seja bombeado da câmara dosadora; um mecanismo de purga (55a, 55b) para purgar o volume excedente da câmara dosadora à medida qe ela se move do estado expandido para o estado contraído; e um mecanismo de válvula de entrada (150) que é disposto entre as câmaras de armazenamento e de dosagem e móvel entre um estado aberto para permitir o fluxo do produto fluido da cãmara de armazenamento para a cãmara dosadora através do mecanismo de válvulas de entrada, e um estado fechado, para impedir o fluxo do produto fluido entre as câmaras de armazenamento e de dosagem através do mecanismo de válvula de entrada é adaptado de maneira tal que ele permaneça no seu estado fechado, exceto quando a cãmara dosadora se mover do estado contraído para seu estado expandido.
