Abstract

"PREPARAçãO EM AEROSSOL COMPREENDENDO UM INVóLUCRO QUE ENCERRA UMA COMPOSIçãO EM AEROSSOL CONTENDO UM COMPOSTO DE MACROLìDEO". Preparação em aerossol compreendendo um invólucro que encerra uma composição em aerossol contendo um composto de macrolídeo (por exemplo, tacrolimus) servindo como ingrediente ativo, apresentando o problema de a formulação da composição em aerossol se alterar com o passar do tempo, reduzindo a relação do ingrediente ativo na composição em aerossol, devido ao fato de o composto de macrolídeo, como ingrediente ativo, ser parcialmente adsorvido numa 'gaxeta' de uma peça de válvula feita de material resinoso. Numa preparação em aerossol da invenção, compreendendo uma composição em aerossol contendo um composto de macrolídeo e um invólucro encerrando a composição em aerossol, uma peça de válvula do invólucro tendo uma 'gaxeta' feita de pelo menos um material resinoso selecionado de borracha de butila, borracha de etilenopropileno, borracha de cloropreno, polietileno, tereftalato de polibutileno, poliacetal, poliamida, politetrafluoroetileno, polipropileno e elastómero termoplástico, resolvendo assim dito problema.
