Abstract

"MOLéCULAS DE CORINA MODIFICADAS TENDO SEQüêNCIAS DE ATIVAçãO SUBSTITUTAS E APLICAçõES DAS MESMAS". Esta invenção se refere a novas moléculas corina modificadas, ou fragmentos ou derivados das mesmas, compreendendo uma seqüência de ativação substituta. As moléculas corina modificadas são clivadas em uma seqüência de ativação substituta, deste modo produzindo moléculas corina ativadas, ou fragmentos ou derivados das mesmas, que apresentam a atividade funcional de moléculas corina selvagens, que ocorrem naturalmente. As moléculas corina modificadas podem ser usadas para tratar uma varidade de doenças ou distúrbios, inclusive falência cardíaca congestiva e enfarte agudo do miocárdio.
