Abstract
CORREIA DENTADA PARA USO COM SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE óLEO DE DE REGULAçãO RELATIVA. Correia dentada (1) para uso com óleo compreendendo um corpo e uma pluralidade de dentes (4) que se estendem a partir de pelo menos uma supefície do corpo; os dentes sendo revestidos por um tecido de revestimento (5). A correia dentada compreende uma pluralidade de insertos resistentes (3) produzidos a partir de pelo menos um primeiro e um segundo material. Preferivelmente, os insertos resistentes são constituídos por fibras de vidro e fibras de carbono.Preferivelmente, uma camada resistente (8) é produzida para aderir sobre o tecido de revestimento (5), referida camada compreendendo um plastómero baseado em flúor com a adição de um material elastométrico, no qual o plastómetro está presente em uma quantidade maior do que o material elastométrico. O material elastométrico que forma o corpo da correia é preferivelmente um copolímero obtido a partir de um dieno monómero e um monómetro contendo grupos nitrila, no qual os grupos nitrila estão entre 33% e 49%, preferivelmente 39 peso % com relação ao copolímero.
