Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A COLORAçãO DE ESPERMATOZóIDE". A presente invenção refere-se a células de espermatozóide que são coradas de acordo com processos que envolvem a combinação de células de espermatozóide com um corante seletivo para DNA fluorescente em uma temperatura elevada em excesso de cerca de 40EC. Os métodos possibilitam uma redução do tempo de coloração. As células depois disso podem ser eficientemente classificadas de acordo com métodos comuns de separação, inclusive citometria de fluxo.
