Expõem-se composições pré-formadas que compreendem polímeros que contêm enxofre na forma configurada e o uso de composições pré-formadas na forma configurada para vedar aberturas. Em determinadas concretizações, as composições pré-formadas compreendem um polímero que contém enxofre e uma mistura de enchimentos em que a mistura compreende quantidades substancialmente iguais de mica e poliamida.
