Abstract
"DERIVADOS DE ISOTIAZOL". A presente invenção refere-se a novos compostos de isotiazol, incluindo os seus derivados, às composições farmacêuticas que os contêm e às suas utilizações médicas. Os compostos da presente invenção são potentes inibidores das vias de sinalização do fator de crescimento transformante ('TGF'). Eles são úteis no tratamento de estados de várias doenças relacionadas com o TGF, incluindo, por exemplo, distúrbios hiperproliferativos e doenças fibróticas.
