Abstract

Invention Patent: "LIPOSEMIC NIFLUMIC ACID - TRANSDERMAL ANTIINFLAMMATORY MEDICATION". The present invention relates to the encapsulation of the nephlumic acid drug in liposomes for the purpose of creating a new transdermal non-steroidal anti-inflammatory formulation. Niflumic acid, as well as its ester derivatives, has been encapsulated in liposomes with different lipid formulations in order to achieve an increased effectiveness of the active compound. The suspension of liposomes, with or without the encapsulated drug, has been formulated as a cream and a stability study of the final formulation has been carried out.
