Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA FUNDIçãO DE METAL EM DIMENSõES FINAIS APROXIMADAS"<D>. A invenção abrange um processo e um dispositivo para a fundição para formatos próximos das dimensões finais de seções de metal retangulares, especialmente de aço, e subseq³ente laminação direta da seção de material com um recipiente alimentador de material, através de cujo bocal de descarga ou metal liq³efeito é alimentado na seção superior de uma esteira transportadora na qual enrijece, e para o efeito da deformação, é transferido para uma estrutura de laminação caracterizado pelo fato de que pela seguintes etapas: a) antes do início da fundição, aa) o ponto de alimentação do metal liq³efeito sobre a esteira transportadora é predeterminado de maneira superficial, ab) a velocidade de transporte da esteira transportadora será regulada na dependência da espessura de laminação desejada inclusive da velocidade de laminação da estrutura de laminação, b) durante a fundição: ba) é registrada a posição do enrijecimento da seção de metal existente na esteira transportadora, bb) é registrada a temperatura do material laminado na região da estrutura de laminação, bc) a posição do enrijecimento e a temperatura do material laminado serão utilizadas como fatores de controle para a posição atual do ponto de alimentação do metal liq³efeito, que abandona o recipiente alimentador de material, sob a esteira transportadora.
